please add real-time notifications for missed calls when the phone is switched off or not reachable via app or WhatsApp notification. sometimes we are not in mobile signal range but have access to some other wifi network. That will help those who often work in remote areas. I have to check manually the call manager in the app and it reflects missed calls. It needs to be just real-time automatic whenever someone calls and the phone isn't reachable it should give push notification. Thanks.

The app is good and easy to use. My suggestion is to introduce a widget for data consumption. Whenever I want to check the data consumed, I have to open the app, go to services, and then check it. But this is consuming some data and time(if data speed is low). Already, there are widgets for UPI payments and QR scan. If this widget is also introduced, I'd me happy. Or even widget isn't possible, put the data consumption info on the home screen in the app(manage).customer care request is required.

This is a good app with a nice user interface. However, I think the home screen needs an update. Currently, when we click on the bank account section on the home screen, it directly opens the bank account details. It would be better if it first asked for the MPIN and then showed the bank account balance.

Good and user friendly app but some services are difficult to use such as repeatedly asking for phone for airtel black .Other all is good just sometimes the UI feels slow and takes much time to respond hence it should be taken in consideration. Other everything is fine

Give them 5 Star rating so that they listen to you, I wanted to give negative rating to all the 5 star ratings given by them but 5 star because they see your problems only through 5 star rating because there is no one to listen to your problems anywhere else. Keep calling 24×7 customer care continuously but still you get the same rude reply that there is no person sitting there with whom you can talk. I am here after not getting any solution even after calling 100 times.

Airtel subscriber since 2011, worst internet connectivity this year switching would be better option next month? Edit 9/3/2025: Now the internet speed and stability has improved a lot and don't ever revoke data carry forward option in postpaid. Thanks
