Please hear me out.  love the selection of kdramas offered by viu however the onlyreason why i cant fully commit to this app is because of the layout of subtitles. Thecaptions are too big and too far that l find it dificult to watch the scenes and read thesubtitles at the same time. The font is too big that l have to pause several times to readthe whole sentence or else l wont be able to understand what's happening. lt's alsolocated too far that l either focus on the scene or read the caption since l find it hard todo both at the same time, especially on bigger screen. l don't know if it's just me or ifsomebody already complained about it but please please please make some adjustmentson this.

There are shows on this app that l could not find on the other apps available forstreaming that's why l decided to subsribe on Viu. l am just a little disappointed that itdoes not have most of the features l expect it to have. For example, l do not see a list ofthe series that l am currently watching. l tend to sleep in the middle of watching a seriesand l find it kinda hard to remember which episode l left off. l need to scroll on differentepisodes to continue where l left off.There is also no option to skip the intro for eachepisode. l need to manually forward the video to skip it.l hope you can still improve yourapp.

I love this app so much since it helped me in getting touch with my favorite k dramas, ialso love it because it provides subtitles, i would give you a big 5 star if you could at leastremove the add popping while the series/episode is on going because it ruined myemotions and connectivity to the episode by popping while i was enjoying/feeling themoment during that time, it's totally fine if you put those ads, but pls just put thembefore or after the episode is done, because it ruins the moment when you put it right offthe bat while the episode is on going, THANK YOU!!!
