This is, hands-down, the best Metronome app in the iOS App Store. Trust me l've tried adozen or more. The problem l'm having is that when l choose the sound for thedownbeat, the different instruments occur at different places in time. So in other words ifI select a 4/4 times signature, and choose "Tick" for the downbeat and "Tock" for theother three beats of the measure, all is well. But if | want to use a bass drum for thedownbeat, it occurs slightly early if l'm hearing it right. So if l select both "Tick" and bassdrum, they do not occur the exact same time. You can hear a separation between thesound and the bass drum sound. The same problem occurs for other instruments otherthan tech for the downbeat. Mr. Lee, this is a superb app, and l am more than happy topay to remove the ads, but for a very experienced 60 something-year-old player, itcauses great frustration unless l use only tick for the downbeat because of the slightlyout of rhythm nature of some of the other sounds. l haven't tested them all, but again theeasiest way to hear this is simply select both tick and bass drum or in any otherinstrument and you will hear the discrepancy. 

I have ten different metronome apps, free and paid, this is an instant replacement to allthe best features in them. Might not have a sleek design or catchy name but boy does ithave great features. Vibration and iPhone flash definitely stand out + visual cues that arebetter executed than most other metronome apps. preloaded and custom drum beatsinstead of click sounds. Tuner. The battery saving mode (black screen) is a nice touch aswell. AND a recorder feature that allows you to save several recording as well as speedthem up and down (great for capturing and dissecting complex beats or recording yourown beats). As l said they went above and beyond with the features. lt could definitelyuse an interface facelift, catchier name, and a way to make all those great features standout and easy to use. But once you know where everything is, l promise you won't needanother metronome again.

Like bro, l saw my private teacher using this thing and l was like , hmmm, where do youget this? l was crossing my fingers it will be on apple, but guess what? lt is! Well anyway,the best thing is that it has an Al tutor, and guesses your tempo when you don't knowyour tempo! lt also records how much you practice, and i've never seen an app do morethan that. There's a tuner, subdivision, and I'm usually too lazy to write all of this, but l'mdoing it! lt lets you customize your subdivisions, it enables your flashlight, it enables yourvibration, and it lets you speed the tempo up, battery saving mode, and full screens it.and yea, l think there's more but it's too hard to write it all. Well anyways, it's the bestmetronome ever, definitely try it out!.
