Skill storage location (priority from highest to lowest):

Current project directory: .codex/skills/ (suitable for the current repo).

Project root directory: repo_root/.codex/skills/(shared by the team).

Personal Global: ~/.codex/skills/ (default location).

System Built-in: Included in Codex, cannot be overwritten.

Higher priority skills will overwrite lower priority skills with the same name, facilitating custom overwriting.
