I love the app and opportunities it offers. However I would like to be able to have a more complete set of choices when doing a research. For example, adding two things that you want to eat in the same search and exclude restaurants or things that clutter the offers.

Great app. I never had any problem to use it and make orders. For me, the most important feature is paying by debit card instead of only realize it by credit card. There's a lot of subscribed restaurants into the app allowing We've have good alternatives in the time to decide.

This days, it isn't worth to cook anymore. The value IFood generates for me is insane. How do I find the merchant id on iFood?

To obtain the merchant id, the user responsible for the merchant must access the Partner Portal and click on the "My Store -> Store" menu. Right below the store name they will find the merchant id.

Why can an order have zero value?

iFood and its partners promote various marketing campaigns with discount coupons. It is therefore possible for the customer to use a discount coupon with a value equal to the total value of the order. In these cases, there is no amount left to be charged to the customer upon delivery of the order. There are also cases where payment of the full amount is made through the app (ONLINE). In both cases, iFood will transfer the amount to the restaurant in the next transfer.

Does the API support more than one client/device at the same time?

The API Events and Orders module supports multiple devices connected at the same time and controls event delivery per device. By device, we mean any device that can consume events and orders in the API. It can be, for example, an instance of the POS, Order Manager Desktop, Order Manager Android. For each device, a unique id is created internally and with each polling request, we make new store events available for that device.When this device sends the ACK for received events, we identify the device and thus control which device has already received and which device has not yet received certain events. This way, when the Order Manager and POS are connected at the same time to the API, we ensure that all events will be made available to all of them, without risk of one device "stealing" events from another device.

My user cannot view any test store in the iFood app?

To view test stores, you need to have test mode enabled in the "Profile" menu. If this option does not appear in the Profile menu, open a ticket to review your registration.

Why does Polling return 204?

Return 204 means there is no new event (order) for the device that made the request. When a new event arises, you will receive 200 and the events.
