I've tried to learn to play with lessons at my local shop. I made a little bit of progress, but nothing compared to what I've learned with this app. once you learn your chords and how to transition from chord to chord this app makes it cakewalk to learn any song you want. lyrics are always right and it's with you everywhere you go. And on top of that the guitar tuner on this app is very precise. I now have progressed to being able to listen to what chords are being played and playing along.

the app is great however I've paid several times for annual and monthly subscriptions, but because I changed emails I had to pay multiple times and start subscriptions all over time and again. I don't see anyway to merge the old Google email accounts so that this stops. As mentioned. I love the app but not recurring annual and monthly subscriptions. can accounting fix this?

Update. I finally got a good support person who was able to help me. They wasn't happy about it lol, or didn't seem to be, but I have access now and the world is bright again! Started good, but after 4 years of subscribing the app no longer gives me access and there is zero support! I can't access or get a refund! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!

Making progress from the start! ~5/20/26: I learned my 1st song start to finish on this app! Pro Member since a friend told me NOT to get the app. Very Happy I chose NOT to listen!! I have grown accustomed to being able to learn songs start to finish, correctly, and all parts of the song as well. I'm not really big on covers, but when I do play one, I have a tool I can use. UG is as close, on most songs, you're going to get to playing it correctly, without using the sheet music!
