I really like Musely overall. The products themselves have been effective for me, and I appreciate that the formulas are customized and backed by real ingredients that actually work. The subscription model is convenient, and customer support has been responsive when I’ve had questions.The app has some fun features, especially the GEM and Avatar games, which are a nice incentive and make engagement more interactive. That said, the game mechanics aren’t very intuitive at first. It took some trial and error (and help from other users) to understand how gems, trades, and rewards actually work. Clearer in-app instructions or a short tutorial would go a long way.Once you figure it out, the app is enjoyable and useful. Overall, a solid experience with great products, just needs a bit more clarity in the app design.
