Local forecast from NOAA: temperature in Celsius, Fahrenheit and Kelvin, humidity, wind speed, precipitation (rain and snow). Forecast for 10 days with 3 hours step in metric or imperial units: m/s (mps), mph, km/h, knt (knout), bft (beaufort), m, ft, mm, cm, in, hPa, inHg. NOAA is a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration / National Weather Service (nws).

Wave forecast: ocean or sea conditions, ocean waves and sea swell, fishing forecast

Animated wind tracker: weather radar for sailing, yachting and kiting in light wind

best weather app for actually getting your head around what the weather is going to do. I use it for surfing, about to buy a sailing boat so will subscribe at that stage but it's got enough going on for free without being too in your face about spending money. One suggestion, it can be tricky to match colours to the heatmap key at the top of the weather maps so an arrow against the colour for that particular hour would be helpful. Recomended though, good work!

I have been using this app for years. A few hiccups, but overall a well-designed app that gives the most info in a single glance. NEW ISSUE: i cannot put my favorite at the top of the main screen. i turn off the one i don't want, turn on the one i do want, and the one i don't want pops to the top again.

Upgrade to the pro version. I find it a good app, but would like more things like cloud cover and rain to be more visible. It would be great to add these to the layer menu as they would give you a visual idea of what the weather is like in your area. I paid for the pro version for life, which I think is a pretty good value proposition. I use it for sailing and find the modeling quite easy to read and accurate. I hope they keep adding more features and developing it in the future.
