It's not like people using this app really have a choice in the matter, but at least it does what it's supposed to. There are a few things I'd like to see though:- Please make it more obvious when there isn't any media inserted in the drone (I have the Inspire 2). Right now it only greys-out the SD icon and shows a slash instead of photos reamaining. Having something turn red and/or flash/blink would be a huge help. Nothing worse than taking off, getting into position, and THEN realizing you don't have a card inserted.- If the drone requires an update to the firmware, have a button next to the alert that will kick you back to the home screen to start the update. If you have a dedicated iPad like me, you don't go to the homescreen a lot, so I spent a good 5-10 minutes the first time it needed an update because I couldn't figure out how to initiate it. Nothing would let me do it from the camera view and nothing told me to go back to the home screen.- I would echo the previous reviewer's desire for a wireless transmitting of the video signal to other iPads connected over WiFi or Bluetooth for customer monitors. I use an ATOMOS Ninja Flame as a client monitor, but HDMI is too delicate for that kind of application (constantly disconnecting) and being teathered to a client makes it harder to react to the drone or get a better line-of-sight. I'd even be happy with this being part of the upcoming CrystalSky device either as a way to display over multiple CrystalSky monitors wirelessly (more money for you DJI that I would gladly pay), or at least in the form of BNC connectors that are more durable than HDMI.

Following this, a replacement quotation will be sent to you, and upon successful payment, you can enjoy the benefits of the Care Refresh service. 

Why does the service progress show "Shipped" but I can't find any logistics updates?

After we have packed the item, it typically takes about 1 working day for the logistics company to collect the package and for logistics updates to be available. Please be patient. If there is still no logistics information after this time, you can contact DJI Support for assistance.

How can I change my address after the shipment is dispatched?
