First, Visual Stuffs

(People seem to appreciate the visual things more, so here you go.)

Note: This is all still very much W.I.P. but I've made some significant visual progress.

The full cast is up to about 32, though only 28 of them will be included in Chapter 1 when all is said and done.

Since there were a lot of new characters, I had to make some changes to the code in order to better manage it all. I also handled some things repetitively in the past due to inexperience with Ren'py and Python. That's been fixed (or is in the process of being fixed).

Boring Code Stuff

Removed animated backgrounds.

Streamlined gameplay.

Can now view past story events for each vixen.

Dual Cultivation added.

Several new shops added.

I am nearly done with the new user interface.

Interactions with Vixens have been revamped. Mostly simplified for me code-wise.

Finally got around to fully setting up the event handling. I had to make some changes since the game is now chapter-based. I still need to port over all the old and new events into the new system (basically just lots of typing, but what's new).

Added Chapter skipping, but honestly, still working out the kinks on this one. Ren'py makes it difficult to load a game file, but not load "the game" until you're ready. So I have been trying to find some work-arounds. For now, you need to load a save file then choose to go to another chapter from the hub (bedroom or quarters).

Updated some outfits and appearances for some characters.

Removed the meditation loop completely.

Removed the training loop completely.

Cleaned up the Lessons / Lecture portion of the game. Less images, improved visuals.

In place of those two removals, you can adjust how much time you want to spend according to the training you have selected (some take more than 1 block of time), and the stamina (sustenance) you have to spend. This applies to all types of training, but the benefits of them differ obviously.

Slight re-work to acquiring training methods, they can be learned from instructors and used at any place where you can train - provided the terrain is appropriate. There are also some training methods specific to certain areas. -Guobei Shop has been redone and some aspects of it fixed/improved. Most notably you can unlock benefits for storing qi with her. You can also now directly feed her qi, which has an effect I won't discuss - yet.

Decided on mini-games for the jobs you can take on. Haven't been implemented yet, depends on how long they might take, so they may be in a future release. It's a little difficult for me to categorize what else needs to be done, because basically, I'm just doing "everything that needs to be done, still" at this point.

I feel like there are some things that need to be connected and will only become apparent once I continue my playthrough prior to testing. It's getting there.

Heavenly Peaks Cultivation is a nicely executed visual project with anime-style graphics and a plot full of secrets. The main character finds himself in a place where time has stopped. There is a small village with a population. The settlers are very happy to see a guest, for whom they quickly find a place and a range of actions, which allows him to adapt to a new place. In addition, the young man attracts the attention of girls, so the gamers' ward will have something to do. High-quality pictures, frank content, long duration and other aspects will please all fans of the category.
