Strengths:

Unique Experience: The game focuses entirely on combining story elements and colorful combat experiences. At the same time, each different area will often bring many interesting activities for each person.

Engaging Protagonist: Anyone often pays attention to Sakura Ouka, who has a strong personality. Over time, each person can observe the development of the character’s psychology and enjoy sweet times.

Dynamic Interactions: These journeys often cannot satisfy every player. Therefore, the developer will continuously add new characters that have interesting interactions with the current main character, such as a mysterious apprentice.

Expanded Content: Version 1.10 introduces two new scenes with current characters. Of course, this will usually require each player to complete a storyline before saving them.

Improved Accessibility: The new catalog brings extremely attractive features to players. Therefore, accessing each new mechanism and area is also more convenient because the number of resources is increasing.

Increased Replayability: If you feel regretful about scenes with characters, the system will save them for you. You are forced to complete their quest lines before replaying them over and over again over time.

Reviews:

The game, in my opinion, isn’t flawless. The combat is too simple, the gameplay cycle is tedious, the weapon system was intriguing during the tutorial but not enough detailed to maintain interest after that, the H-scenes are good but quite cliched these days, and the H-experience system might as well not exist. However, there was a moment in chapter 1 that changed my motivation to finish the game. It’s a good story. It’s too good for a machine. Even if you only want the erotica, I would still advise waiting for accurate translation because, although I wasn’t interested in the plot, it still captivated me.

Although the game is fairly straightforward to play and manage, the standing computer graphics are generally well-drawn, but the most of the game is average to terrible, generally disorganized, eye-irritating (e.g., low quality environments and backgrounds), and has random sounds all the time during speech. Since many of the 5/5 reviews on DLsite can be disregarded because they have a stake in the game, I don’t see the high score there. The writing and scenes are similarly bizarro, abrupt, and occasionally funny. It’s just one of those “popular or highly-rated games that just doesn’t do it for me,” is all I can say. Maybe spend 15 to 20 minutes watching the prologue to determine if you are still interested in the artwork. 

Overall, I thought it was mediocre, and by RPGM standards, it’s at most average. I also normally enjoy HRPGM. Five stars! The game demonstrates the enormous potential of RPGM as a platform and clearly outperforms the majority of other RPGM games on F95. Just as one may anticipate from the creators of the Monstrous Horror Show! The developers clearly put a lot of love into this game. Sakura Gozen’s amazing writing, exciting gameplay, and amazing artwork push the limits of what we often anticipate from RPGM games. A tone that is both amusing and thought-provoking is produced by the flawless blending of the humor and somber issues. Everything about this game surpasses expectations, from the captivating plot to the well-designed user interface (which is surprisingly fluid in comparison to most RPGM games).
