A terrifying apocalypse has given birth to monsters whose mere presence will strip the sanity from what remains of humanity.  Woah, this game is incredible! I was not expecting much since the v0.3 seemed to be at an early stage but oh boy there is content here! Lots of great unique stories in this apocalyptic world. Lots of random rescue missions that end up blackmailing the women and I love it. I honestly was expecting around 4 girls in the game , but there are a good dozen. Sex scenes were great to have during random encounters as the Relationship build up took some time. Love the card building combat too.

Comments:

I am always into games, movies, TV shows, books and so on that have a story set in a post-apocalyptic world and that is the kind of story we have going on here with Astral Lust. You have woken up and found that the world you are now in is far from the one that you remember. A terrible event happened and now there are monsters everywhere and to encounter them can result in madness. Lucky for you, you have some feisty chicks to keep you happy, entertained, and protected as you try to figure out what is going on and how you can survive. I was impressed with not just the main story arc, but by how all of the characters seem to have their own thing going on.

I do have to say that I think that the developer of Astral Lust was very ambitious with what they were trying to achieve here. They could have just done the same old sandbox style lewd visual novel affair, but that is not the case here. You have inventory management, item management, character management, and various stats you have to work on as well. I would say that the game is very close to being more of an RPG than just a typical lewd sandbox game. While I do enjoy the gameplay loop that is on offer here, especially the combat side of things, I do have to say that there is a great deal of grinding in this game which I know can put some people off.

While I like the story and the gameplay loop of Astral Lust, I am still even after playing the game for several hours, undecided if I like the way it looks. There is a good selection of girls and some pretty neat and interesting monster designs in the game, but there is just something a tad strange about the way that the game looks. I do not outright hate it and the sex scenes are animated which is always something I like. However, from certain angles, characters can look kind of too tall and stretched out and there is just something a tad off about it all.

Final Verdict:

Astral Lust  - interactive, with RPG elements, a novel for an adult audience of gamers. Their main character wakes up in a well-fortified, at first glance, shelter. And on the street is the biblical end of the world. Demons frolic hunting for survivors. And in such locations, life and sanity still flicker. To all other problems is added the fact that the protagonist does not remember himself very well and how he got here. But there is simply no time to be tormented by doubts and reflections. Evil is advancing. It is necessary to organize defense, increase the level of protection of the object, and also solve a lot of other matters and tasks that fell on his shoulders.
