Ever wished to fill your stomach to the gills in three dimensions with water and air? Dreams of a kinky belly can now be fulfilled!Ayume starts off with a very small belly capacity. To increase max capacity simply keep her belly full throughout the day. Resting on bed or chairs will speed up time by 10x so make use of that.

Features:

Speed & Strategy: Chug coffee for a temporary speed boost to traverse the map faster or rest on beds/sofas to accelerate time by 10x, syncing gameplay with the day-night cycle.  

Interactive Environments: Rapidly fill your belly at sinks, water dispensers, or even a gushing outdoor fountain—each location impacts inflation speed and capacity differently.  

Capacity Building: Start with a tiny belly capacity and grow it by keeping Ayume (your character) consistently full. Strategic rest periods optimize growth without overexertion.  

Weight Gain System: New in v0.3, sustained overindulgence now visibly alters your character’s physique, adding depth to long-term playthroughs.  

Multi-Character Stats: Track progress across characters via ArionWay’s stats screen, comparing metrics like inflation limits, activity efficiency, and physical changes.  

Dynamic Inflation Tools: Use household items like bathtubs, showers, or garden hoses to experiment with air and water-based belly expansion. Each tool offers unique physics for realistic stretching effects.  

Highlights:

This early build of the bellyful open world game comes with various inflation activities around the house. You can:

Inflate from the bathtub or shower, or with the garden hose

Drink water from the sink or dispenser

Sit on a big water fountain and enjoy the rapid flow

Drink coffee and zoom across the map

Sleep on beds or sofas to speed up time by 10x (oh btw there's also a day night cycle)

Summary:

Unreal Bellyful Life is a fairly ambitious project for the "18+" category of games. The audience is offered a large-scale and open world of a sandbox in which they can do a variety of things. The territory is not only filled with buildings and objects, but also inhabited by characters. Which have their own daily routine and interests. There is also a change of day and night. Which provides the opportunity to implement certain events in the life of the ward. Nice graphics, interactivity, a system of choice and freedom of movement make the project a very intriguing find for gamers interested in non-standard games.
