This game is a parody of a grimdark future. The Imperium is threatened by enemies, and Inquisitors - agents dedicated to preserving Mankind - are far from omnipotent. Therefore, they employ Acolytes to help them protect the Imperium. Players will take the role of a young female protagonist, an Acolyte in service to an Inquisitor. She will be tasked with investigating the disappearance of several officials and other mysterious cases in the city, which may be related to certain heretical cults, twisted mutants, and other abominations. The game is guided by the Acolyte's investigation to root out the enemies. As an Acolyte, it is her duty to protect Mankind from the enemies, using a gun or bombs if necessary.However, there are times when she will not conduct her investigation in a conventional manner due to her lack of training and proper equipment. So, she will have to 'improvise' and use whatever means necessary to achieve her goals. Should she fail, entire worlds may fall into endless suffering.During the game, you will choose the actions of this character, making decisions based on your personality. Enjoy the adventure of solving mysterious puzzles, traveling to new locations, interrogating suspects, and performing sexy diplomatic non-combat tasks.

In this ending, the final dungeon culminates in a decisive purification of heresy. Ending 2: Pyrrhic Victory – "The Flame Burns Low"

Victory comes, but at a cost.

In this middle-ground path, the enemy is stopped, but only after devastating losses. Major characters may die. The inquisitorial stronghold lies in ruins. Civilians perish in the crossfire. And the price of salvation becomes something you’ll have to live with… if you can.

The world is technically saved—but it’s a hollow sort of peace. The wounds run deep, and many endings in this path explore the aftermath through grim epilogues. Broken alliances. Faith shaken. The Inquisition’s power preserved, but its ideals compromised.

You’ve won—but there’s little left to celebrate.

Ending 3: Partial Loss – "Evacuation Order"

This is a survival ending—not a victory.

You’ve fought well, but the odds eventually overwhelm your efforts. The cult’s influence spreads too far, the final rituals are triggered, and your last act is to initiate a desperate retreat. Entire zones of the hive city collapse into chaos. Orbital support is cut. Your team scatters as you fight to escape with your life.

This ending is bleak. You survive aboard a crippled ship, carrying only remnants of your mission. The sector is lost. Your legacy is one of endurance, not heroism. You couldn’t stop the tide—but you lived to warn others.

It’s not a "Game Over"—but it feels close.

Ending 4: Enemy Victory – "The Hive Wakes"

This is the true Game Over ending—and it’s as grimdark as Warhammer gets.

In this catastrophic scenario, your failure enables the final ritual to complete, tearing a hole in the veil and inviting something far worse than heresy. The signs were there: strange signals, lost contact with outer colonies, whispers of something in the void.

As the dust settles and you lay defeated, tendrils of a Tyranid Hive Fleet break atmosphere. Bio-ships descend. Cities are consumed. The cult was never the final threat—it was merely the signal fire.

Your Inquisitor dies forgotten, and the game ends with a visual epilogue showing the planet lost, consumed, and marked as the first of many worlds to fall.

Dont tell Cordelia that the gene stealers look like humans. She will order exterminatus, aka; nuke from orbit. Also, can some one please tell me how to complete heretic path main quest 9? I've tried everything, but nothing has worked. I've been searching for guides for days, but have found nothing. Cleneng, please, in the name of slaanesh, give us some kind of walk through or guide. Also, if I may be so bold as to offer a suggestion for the heretic path, add some subtle changes in the main characters appearance, and make the changes more and more noticeable and drastic as the story goes on. For example, start with a thinner waist, bigger breasts and ass, wider hips, thicker thighs, etc, but as the story goes on, the MC's skin turns purple or dark pink, she sprouts horns, a tail, maybe some wings, or even an extra set of arms or two? That way, slaanesh's blessings are far more noticeable to the player. I know it's a LOT of artwork to do, but it would drastically improve the game.

The gameplay of Inquisitor Trainer is that of a lewd sandbox game and it is a very big one! This game is very challenging as there is so much for you to do. You have your lewd visual novel stuff of course, but there are stats that you have to grind, relationships you have to build, stuff you have to buy, and a combat system too. There is so much to do that it can be hard to know exactly what you have to do in order to progress. I ended up getting so stuck that I just talked to everyone that I could which turned the game into a bit of a slog if I am being honest.

i know your already making this game but i think you should make a game about being a demon of slunesh and your goal is to keep hidden you first start off as a civ then you pick a role to join so inq marine eta eta and you work over time dodging the higher ups but keeping some balance so the imperium dont just burn the planet you have to focus on 2 main things change the people as well as blinding the higher ranked people in a hive city you blind them thru diffirent demonic powers basicly each higher up has their own desires and you talk with them then use some magic to find out their desires then set it up and invite them.this will make them turn a blind eye to your activitys at which point you want to corrupt the people to enjoy love lust and pure on breeding.you could also maybe gain comaions who become your servants.you could also make it so since we are a demon we could pick futa female and male and we could change our compaions to.
