Tried playing Patch 0.10, I haven't played this game since 0.8 and that was before the game engine swap. I don't know what Godot does what Renpy didn't but it seems like the change was for the worst. I can't progress the story the way how I want to, and I have to make decisions I don't agree with just to progress the game. I hope that you guys are on top of this and work some fixes right away, because the idea of waiting half a year for a new patch that fixes all my problems does not sound exciting.

I had downloaded version 0.9 but it was crashing so much that I was waiting for this version 10.It's better, but I can't move forward. I can't finish Noriko's story, it crashes at the end (bus stop) except when I pay in "maledom" or it crashes before (at Kimochi's at the end of the dialogue).Otherwise, as I had already done, I tried to go further directly but it crashes straight away. As soon as the beginning of Asami's mother's story started, it crashes (she speaks and bam, it crashes).For information, I play in French, on a Mac. I specify that I tried to move forward without "speeding up the text" but without success, it still crashes.Before you look at version 0.11, it would be good to make the game more stable.

Im not having any problems on my end but anyway i love this game i found it by accident i love the animation story line everything i hope the girl doesn't get raped shes an amazing character and i hope shes okay but overall the game is great and was worth the wait thanks for making it.

I really want to love this game, and I'm sure that, once it's done, I will. However, it's current iteration (v0.10) is so full of bugs/crashes/issues that I can't reliably get through even half of the content without feeling a not insignificant level of frustration. I know it's a process though, so hopefully that will be fixed soon.

You’re about to enjoy a truly delightful time with Sayuri. New exciting scenes, moments of connection, and of course, a little bit of drama—because without it, you might get bored.

At certain points in the story, some parts lacked coherence with the introduction of specific characters. That’s now fixed! The meeting with Kimochi will take place at the very beginning of the game through a brand-new event, while the encounter with Asami and Saito’s recruitment at the restaurant have been simplified.

Regarding Sayuri, two routes will be available depending on your relationship with her daughter. The "Love" and "Corruption" routes will lead to a friendly relationship with her. However, if you remain just friends with Asami, Sayuri might not be able to resist your charm.

During development, I considered adding a third route: one where you’re with both Asami and her mother. But such a choice would undoubtedly come with complications. Maybe we’ll organize a poll about it?

To conclude, an important poll about Asami will take place in 2025. I still need to finalize some details before presenting it to you.

Goodbye Eternity 0.10.0 patch note

Major changes

A lot of internal reworks have been done to solve the crashing problems. As such, 0.9.1 and earlier saves will not be loaded by the new version.

The persistent file where gallery unlocks are stored is still working as intended.

To make up for the loss of save files, a new Chapter Start feature has been added, which allows the player to start at the beginning of each major chapter of the game.

You can choose what choices have been done before, and the new path is directly available. So unlike the previous Veteran Start, you can start straight from the newly-added chapter.
