Defeat Someone - The difficulty of the battle is randomly scaled, regardless of your reputation. I think it's easy to ignore this quest if you can foresee how difficult it will be.

Frame Someone - There are several ways to do this: either use your cunning skills or your charm. You can guess for yourself. This person could have two different personality types - bold or shy. An observant MC can easily guess this and determine whether they can persuade the person. Each failed attempt increases the persuasion requirement.
