In Debasing Grounds, players embark on a survival journey in a post-apocalyptic world. Story:

The world has been transformed into a wasteland, with only a few scattered settlements remaining as a testament to the resilience of humanity. You find yourself awakening in a town fortified by a practical wall of mud and metal bars.

In Debasing Grounds, your primary goal is to survive in this harsh environment, where danger and uncertainty are constant companions. The town is divided into factions that vie for control: the administration, which caters to the whims of a handful of powerful corporations; the town’s influential characters, who work together to maintain order amidst the turmoil; and the gangs that struggle for dominance in the southern part of the town.

As a fully customizable character, you are faced with the challenge of navigating this treacherous landscape. High vigor makes injuries less likely. At 100% vigor, injuries are a 50% less likely.

Violent scenes have a chance of cause injuries

Player Comments:

Giving a 5 because the dev actually updates very frequently, as in every two weeks or so. I think this game has a lot of potential but feels shallow atm. Would like if scenes were expanded a lot more. Sexual descriptions/choices feel very basic and make the game feel bland. Would also be nice to have more options for people into domming NPCs and for there to be storylines related to that. Also more features to make the game feel fun in general too.I think the version number is a bit high. Feel like this game shouldn't be counted as being halfway through. To me this game still feels like it should be somewhere between 0.1-0.2. So much more stuff it needs and feels too barebones to be half done.

Man this game is fantastic. If you enjoy txt only you should try it. Even in this early version there is a ton of content good customisability and I encountered no significant bugs or glitches.The advert/pornstar sidequests are great. Love how npc's actually recognise you .The one criticism I have is that it gets pretty hard to avoid getting grabbed and dominated early. You're wandering around with low stats and there's no sort of 'starting area' or safe tutorial NPC. My first playthrough was unsalvageable had to restart once I learned the game.

I would say the game in it's current state (V0.4.8) has a lot of potential, and the dev makes very active updates. And while there's a lot of ways to get yourself fucked both literally and figuratively, there's not actually a whole lot of content to actually do right now.To be more specific, if you're thinking more than with your dick in terms of where you want your character to be violated, then there's not a whole lot to do, and the game doesn't make you feel very compelled to do it. There's a couple of very small storylines but they don't lead anywhere really. And most of the updates seem focused on just adding more ways to get yourself captured in some way or another. I mean, it is a victim simulator and I like those... But so far, doesn't seem to be a whole lot of updates on adding more things to do or reasons to do them outside of getting fucked.To give an example of what I mean, if you've played degrees of lewdity, you generally want more money for various things within the game, whether that's better or specific clothing, furniture, dick pills, or to pay your bitch of a landlord, you actually have things to invest into and improve at...In this game, once you get yourself a comfortable place to sleep and a source of easy income which isn't hard to do...why do anything more? You've basically beaten the game at that point.To summarize, I think the game has potential, updates very frequently, and the writer is clearly pretty good at writing, something very important for a text based game...But, he seems more focused on adding ways to get captured than adding more meaningful gameplay, at least at the moment.
