Luciene's Life

Luciene's Life is a unique adult role-playing visual novel where you play as a woman in her forties who is asked by her best friend to care for her three adult children while she's away on a business trip. Luciene's Life presents a distinctive 2D comic book world, offering a humorous and engaging storyline with twists and turns. Players can interact with the three young adults or enjoy solo activities where you can either observe or be observed. The game is filled with elements of decadence and corruption, and players are free to choose whether to be a dutiful nanny.

Unique Storyline

You play as Luciene, a woman in her early forties who suddenly finds herself caring for her best friend's three adult children as her friend is going to be in Europe for several months.

That's it. That's the whole premise. (The story can go in any direction from here.)

But in that house… everything is free to breathe.

You can spend an entire day in the game doing chores, sunbathing, doing yoga, taking baths… and all of these activities (or most of them) are potentially being observed (or you observing others).

Fantastic Gameplay

You can ignore all of this and chat with them privately each day—the conversation will slowly develop: hug → kiss on the cheek → kiss on the cheek → "Why is something poking me?" → ...well, you'll see.

Nothing in this world is mutually exclusive. You might be a dutiful, perfect "auntie" in the morning, but accidentally catch Noah masturbating at night.

The game intentionally includes some easily missed points of corruption. Some things can only be unlocked if you do a little bit of evil early on.

Release Log

The first version (v0.1) is ready and quite feature-rich:

Unlimited in-game days, fully playable, but progress will inevitably plateau eventually.

Many different voyeuristic/exhibition activities (each with its own counter; the first occurrence may differ from the tenth).

Each character has 6-10 progress steps of private dialogue (more coming soon).

The first hug went wrong, the first kiss was unplanned, the first flashback.

Work chores, stress, money, online shopping, circadian rhythms, a sexuality system.

Wonderful Features

Time Flow Mechanism: Days blur into weeks, seasons change the atmosphere of the house—autumn leaves pile up on the porch, winter snow isolates the characters.

Environmental Narrative: Faded family photos, cracked walls, and a constantly ticking grandfather clock hint at unresolved history and unspoken tensions.

Zen Aesthetics: Soft watercolor style and ambient soundscapes (birdsong, crackling fireplace) create a calm and introspective atmosphere.
