Usually, mobile games are awful—ranging from racist stick figures to "PrE-rEgIsTeR nOw FoR 1000 fReE dRaWs." But once in a blue moon, something good comes along. And this is one of those times! Seriously, this game actually gives me hope that the mobile gaming "industry" can improve! But truly, everything—from the music to the art style—is just incredible; I can't stress enough how good this is, and I haven't even gotten past the prologue yet!

Honestly, this is the best fighting platformer RPG on the market. It features tons of levels, more mechanics than I can even name, and it offers a real challenge. It isn't Pay-to-Win, and so far, there are almost no bugs. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get into this style of game. Also, props to the artists and concept designers—this is amazing. I've never seen an 8-bit game as good as this one.

It's a great game for what it is... oh hell, it's just a great game, period! I've been playing it a lot more lately precisely because of its greatness! It feels like combo-based street fighting presented in a platforming and semi-RPG format. It also possesses a great sense of humor—clearly created by adults (or at least college students)—though nothing too inappropriate. It could probably benefit from a few more upgradable fighting moves, and perhaps some handheld (non-throwable) weapons. Easily one of the best games on the App Store!
