I finished Miside a few days ago and I really recommend it to anyone who likes psychological horror. The tension and atmosphere in the game were amazing. The jumpscares aren’t as scary as usual because the game leads you to make certain choices, so you kind of expect them and feel like you’re in control. I liked being able to interact with different objects and characters in the room, and the mini-games were fun. Also, all the characters had unique personalities that I really enjoyed. It took me about 8 hours to get the platinum trophy, though some of the mini-games made me tilt. After finishing the story, I really love Mita.

I absolutely love this game! Even though I’m not usually a fan of horror, this game strikes a great balance between scary moments and calmer, dialogue-driven gameplay. I’m honestly sad that I’ve finished it—I would have loved a longer story. That said, the 4 hours of gameplay still felt really satisfying. Now, I’m left wondering what game could possibly fill the void Miside has left in its place.

This game reminds me of Doki Doki Literature Club, as in "Crazy b*tch tries to trap you in a video game for all eternity." While DDLC excels in innovation, MiSide shines in its presentation. From atmospheric music to overly cutesy and almost unsettling visuals, everything here is top-tier. Despite being a short story, it still manages to grip you with its tense narrative that sometimes makes you reflect on your life choices with its smart social commentary. Definitely worth the buck.

Loved the game, great art style, interesting story. The English translation is a little awkward at times, but not so bad that I can't figure out what they Meant. It was a tad short for the price, only around 5 hours to play through, and 10 or so to get all the achievements, but there is also a bonus mode that says it will be added in a future update, which seems like it might be an endless freeplay, so that would help justify the price. Even without it though, I still think it's worth it, especially if you find it on sale.

The Fly's Victory: In a safe area, stand still until the player whips out his game. In the Fly mini-game, get 25 points without dying to unlock this achievement. It can be completed in any chapter as long as you're in a safe area.

Dead Juice: In the chapter Together At Last, interact with the TV remote in the Living Room after talking to Mita. Accept the drink that she offers to get this achievement.

Delicious Love: In the chapter Together At last, accept the sauce when eating your food in the kitchen.

Penguin Conundrum: When playing console games with Mita in the chapter Things Get Weird, defeat her in both rounds of Penguin Piles. Tie doesn't count.

Clabber: When playing console games with Mita in the chapter Things Get Weird, defeat her in both rounds of Dairy Scandal.

Creak in the Dark: When searching the wardrobe in the chapter, Things Get Weird, refuse to stay with Mita.

Accelerate: In the chapter, Beyond the World, you'll come across an arcade game called Spacecar. Get first place in the mini-game to get this achievement.

Going at Maximum Speed: During the racing segment in Spacecar mini-game, pick up all the coins.

Pat on the head: Win the button pressing mini-game during the chapter Beyond the World.

The Great Dance: In the chapter Beyond the World, complete a dance sequence without missing a note while playing the dancing mini-game in the living room.

O, Great Mita: In the Chapter Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles, in the section with the blocked bridges, you'll find a hidden shrine with a computer near the second lever. Interact with the Shrine Computer to type a message and unlock this achievement.
