Gameplay:

Classic 1 on 1 Mode Games: The Classic 1 on 1 is the most basic form of the game. The game is based on Entry fees from each team, and the one who wins the match wins the total amount of entry fees. The amount of Entry fees depend on different cities, the different tiers of the Classic Mode. The tiers are named on various countries like Brazil, South Africa, Spain, the USA, etc. The number of goals needed to win differ in different countries; for example, in Brazil, it is 2 goals, and in South Korea, it is 3. There are also time-based matches. Entry fees also vary for each country. It starts with 50 Coins for Brazil to 4,000,000 Coins for the Netherlands. Agents are also available in the game who provide you with Game Cash upon scoring goals in matches and popularity in the game.

Special Events: The Special Events in Soccer Stars contains four types: Trickshots and Penalties, Tournaments and Championships. The Trickshot competition is a mode in which you have to face your opponent for 5 Penalty Strokes. The one who scores more in the 5 Goal Match wins it. If it is a tie, a tie-breaker is held. The Penalty Rush is a mode in which you have to score as much as goals you can in one minute. You get a daily free entry for this mode.The Tournaments Special Events is an event in which you have to face random opponents to win the tournament. There are eight teams in a tournament and the matches are played on a knockout basis. There are four tournaments: Portugal, Argentina, Germany, and Columbia. The Entry Fees for each tournament varies from 500 Coins to 20,000 Coins. The winner takes away the entire Entry Fees.The Championship Event is also a knockout event in which you have to Pay 1 Game Cash and enter the event. The event is known as Tonga Premiere League. If you succeed in winning all the matches, you are rewarded with a Copper Gift Pack and 200 Coins.

Minigames: Minigames are lucky draw events in which you can win game coins, game cash, team scraps, etc. Minigames contain Daily Spin and Win, which is available for free every 24 hours. Surprise Packs are available in Minigames, which are available for Game Cash, or you can win it in Weekly Events or Daily Spin and Win. You can get rare teams in surprise packs and win game coins. Useful Tips:

Defend and be patient: It is best to keep three players at the back, when starting with the 1-2-1 formation it is best to use one player as much as you can. It is sometimes not possible to, however as a general rule it is good to get in the habit of using one player to try and score and leave three at the back to cover your net.

Use the opposition to help you: Try to manipulate the opposition by crashing into them and moving their players around. A good tactic is to leave three at the back, use one player to shoot with and then use the other player to make space. You can use one player as a battering ram and to knock the opposition defenders out of the way while making a good angle for a shot.

Two-touch control: Using one finger to control a player near the sides of the pitch can be difficult on smaller screens – so use a second finger! Tap and hold on the player you want to use, and then tap and drag with another finger to control aim and power. You can practice this in the Tutorial, which you can find in the Settings menu.

Don't cross the line!: If a player crosses the goal line, they get automatically re-positioned a little distance from goal. This is to stop players simply packing the goalmouth with players and stopping the action. So, if you’re repositioning your players, judge the power carefully so you don’t send them over the line and leave an open goal. On the other hand, if your opponent has everyone on the line, send one of your own players smashing into them to clear them out!

Don't just blast it...: A mistake that new players make is going for a max power shot, every single time. This can really work against you: the harder you hit the ball, the more difficult it is to judge where it’ll end up. Going “full power” could mean that the ball ends up running free and giving the other team an easy tap-in. Unless you’re sure that full power is the only answer, try to gauge your move carefully instead.

I've Played this game for 8 years, and it’s completely ruined now. Hackers dominate, and the developers seem to ignore or even support it. Fair play is gone, and genuine players like us are left frustrated. All the time and effort feel wasted. This game no longer respects its players. For new peoples Don’t download it, it’s not worth your time or money.

I have been playing this game for 8 years. Never have I not loved it. but since the hacked version has been out and cheater are using it. it is not fun to play this game anymore. At least give us chat dialogue like "Cheater" "Hack Attack". so we can humiliate those hack users. and something to report such hack user.

It's a soccer field playing like ping pong, taking turns with opponents. 3rd time downloaded and it's still fun to play. At first, somewhat easy and do recommend to complete each country until you get the cleats because there's is no restrictions for to enter the next levels. Next, the reason I keep coming back is because it starts to get really hard and the game doesn't pause, so when you're in higher levels, you'll be losing a lot of money(coins) if you have a lot of things to do in real life.

Since couple of days there is a software bug, after playing one match and when searching for the next one there are no arenas, also in the game sometimes players don't change position and remain in the main formation even if the real location on the field is different and invisible. I tried to reinstall couple of times but the bug persists. I give 5 stars on this app because is my favorite one, game play is faboulos as fun, interactive and thinking. I hope for a fast solving update. Thanks!

The best thing about Soccer Stars is that it allows you to synchronize the game with your Google Plus or Facebook account (you can also play as a guest) so you can play with any of your friends online. If you don't have friends who play Soccer Stars, the game will assign you to a random opponent.Soccer Stars is a magnificent revival of the classic bottle-cap soccer game. It also has a fun interface and some excellent graphics for a bottle-cap soccer game. In short: online fun for hours and hours.
