Fun game that makes you change up strategies depending on which battle you are facing. I enjoy it very much. That being said I'm getting very annoyed with the broken ads. Sometimes they'll be back and I have to exit the game and don't even get the original amount of coin.

This game feels like it wants you to play and progress, instead of just trying to squeeze every red cent it possibly can out of you. Its simplistic artstyle and mechanics may not be the most engaging, but it's fun to pick up and play and a good way to kill a few minutes. It doesn't force any ads on you, and while your progress will be slower if you don't watch any, it's entirely possible to play this game without a single ad. No dark patterns here either. Overall, far better than its many peers.

Easy to progress with Just the ads. You have the choice to be creative with how you defeat your enemies, using all the upgrades from cards, runes, and other items. I'm currently on timeline 7 and haven't spent any real money yet; I'll update as soon as it becomes unplayable. Spending money would be stupid and unnecessary (at the stage I'm at).
