Characters:
INVINCIBLE
"Mark Grayson, aka Invincible, is fairly new to being a hero, but he's been put through the ringer in that short amount of time. Mark's dad is Nolan Grayson, aka Omni-Man, which makes Invincible half Viltrumite. The kid's not nearly as powerful as his old man, thank God. He's still got an impressive array of power, though. He's super strong, super-fast, he can fly, he's nigh invulnerable and he can heal super quick. All these powers come in handy because this kid is green as hell. Even though he's still a work in progress, he's an invaluable hero to have on our side. We should do everything within our power to make Invincible a Guardian of the Globe and not have him turn out like his Dad. He might be the only person who can save us from Omni-Man." - Cecil Stedman
Role: Attacker
Faction: Earth's Defenders
Main skill: Supersonic
ATOM EVE
"A former member of the Teen Team, Atom Eve is now a free agent. She's a tricky one for me. She’s Immensely powerful, for sure. She can rearrange atoms and change the very nature of nearly anything. I don't think she even realizes how strong she is. She has the power of a god, and yet she mostly uses it to create pink energy fields. Mostly for defensive and flight purposes. She's got a good heart, which is great, but I also think it holds her back from untapping her true potential." - Cecil Stedman
Role: Support
Faction: Earth's Defenders
Main skill: Projection Protection
OMNI-MAN
"The big guy. Omni-Man is an alien from the planet Viltrum. He came to Earth twenty years ago and for most of that time, he was a hero. We worked closely with him over the years, though, he never officially joined the Guardians of the Globe. Omni-Man, also known as Nolan Grayson, was hands down, the most powerful being on the planet. His power levels are off the charts. He's strong, fast, he can fly, and there's nothing I haven't seen him withstand. Even his voice can make your ribcage rumble. It was only recently that Omni-Man betrayed us. He's gone now... But if he ever returns... I'm not sure we have the firepower to stop him." - Cecil Stedman
Role: Attacker
Faction: Earth's Defenders
Main skill: Gut Punch
ROBOT
"For the longest time, I thought Robot was just that...A robot. I thought he was an emotionless, alarmingly smart AI with a tactical brain that would put the best in the Pentagon to shame. I had gotten comfortable with that... And then, well, it got complicated. Turns out the Robot we all knew was just a drone being piloted by Rudolph Conners. Rudy, as he likes to be called, was born with severe illnesses and deformations. He had been controlling Robot all along. I don't like that we missed that. Most recently, Rudy worked with the Mauler Twins to build him a new human body modeled after a younger version of Rex Splode. He transferred his brain into the new body and destroyed the old one. So now we have a young looking Rex Splode controlling Robot. Frankly it makes my head hurt to think about for to long. But as long as Robot is still on our side, following my orders, I honestly don't care about anything else." - Cecil Stedman
Role: Support
Faction: Global Defense Agency
REX SPLODE
"Rex Splode. What a pain in the ass. I wish I didn't need him as badly as I do. Rex Splode can create explosive energy. He usually does this by transferring that energy into other objects, turning them into exploding devices. He's a one-man bomb squad. He also doesn't know when to shut up. He's an invaluable member of the team, even if most of the team hates his guts. To be fair to him a little bit, his attitude isn't entirely his fault. He went through some rocky times, considering what the "government" did to him. If there wasn't truly a good person in him, he could have easily became our enemy instead of a vital team member." - Cecil Stedman
Role: Attacker
Faction: Global Defense Agency
Main skill: Rexplosion
Characteristics:
Leader of the superhero organization that protects the world
Invincible: Guarding the Globe is inspired by the famous superhero comic series Invincible, co-authored with The Walking Dead series. In the game, players play as the leader of a superhero organization called Global Defense Agency. GDA was created as a gathering place of superheroes with unbelievable powers, together to carry out the mission to protect the world.
Your mission is to recruit superheroes, analyze and enhance their diverse abilities through explosive confrontations with enemies seeking to invade Earth.
Classic strategy game mechanics
Following the idle team leader gameplay familiar in mobile games, Invincible: Guarding the Globe requires players to take their team heroes to battle with a variety of villains. With each victory, you will collect many trophies, unlock new equipment and weapons to support superheroes. Each superhero participating in the war is also enhanced in terms of skills and self-strength. The superior skills of each person also gradually became stronger.
Along with impressive victories, players continue to unlock new heroes. From there, the game gives you the opportunity to diversify the squad, thereby testing many battle strategies in different styles.
All battles take place with the help of idle feature. You play a central role in gathering your team of superheroes, assigning upgrades, and crafting a combo strategy. As for approaching the nearest enemy and fighting automatically, let the character take care of it.
Formation arrangement, the strategic core of the game
Since superheroes have the ability to approach enemies and fight on their own, the leader’s burden falls on tactical operations.
Once you have a team of superheroes, you will need to come up with a strategy. Arrange the squad so that it is reasonable in each case. Who will fight first, who will fight later, allocate at which positions in the battle so that one person can support the other. Later, after upgrading the superhero, the enemy also becomes stronger, smart team arrangement also helps you launch powerful combined attacks from the whole team. These attacks, if done at the right time, will make the enemy disappear in the blink of an eye.
