Way of Corruption discover the start of a tale about a government gone corrupt and our protagonist’s never-ending corruption as he tries to put an end to it. In order to accomplish her goal, our protagonist will find herself in perverse situations all the time. Some of the scenarios our main character finds herself in are/should be good, and the story premise and graphic style are both well done. I’m one of the lucky people who loves a good story and doesn’t give a damn about long paragraphs. If you’re going to bombard us with material, it better be really interesting, compelling writing. Unfortunately, I don’t think this is engaging. This seems more like a text book than something you would pick up for pleasure; you are reading it more for the purpose of fulfilling an assignment. This isn’t a slow burn game, the slow burn.

I love a game where corruption is the focus of the story and that is certainly the case with Way of Corruption here. The twist that we have here is that our main character is a feisty female who is fighting off being corrupted, you may be wondering what exactly is a “twist” about that as that is the case for most corruption based games. However, in this world, the government is as corrupt as you can get and our heroine is fighting that corruption as well as her own sexual corruption too!

The developer clearly has a lot of ideas for the story and the way the story so far unfolds in Way of Corruption is very well done. This is not the game for you if you are someone who does not like to actually have to read in your games and pay attention. There are many different characters in this game, each one is explained well and there are some interesting backstories that you have to experience. It is all done very well and fleshes out this rather interesting world that which the game takes place in. If story driven lewd games do tend to bore you, you may not be the right kind of person for this game.

One thing that I thought was pretty neat about Way of Corruption and this happens right at the start is that it asks you if you want pubic hair or not! This may not sound like much, but I went for pubic hair and I was surprised at how good it looked! It is strange to say, but it actually added a great deal to the very hot XXX content that the game has. The actual game is done in your typical RPG Maker style, but the characters do have a lot of personality and I like the whole anime look that this game has going on.

As I have said a few times already, Way of Corruption is a game that is still being worked on. That means the version I am talking about is missing some key gameplay features. You can still walk around and chat with other characters and even take control of other characters at some points. However, most of the “RPG” mechanics that the developer has spoken of have not been added just yet. I will say that even in this early state, I can see that the story is going to have many twists and turns so I am thinking this may end up being some kind of lewd RPG visual novel hybrid when it is all said and done.

Fair Warning: My goal is to create games with lore and character development, so they will have a LOT of text, as well as have a calm pace to corrupt the girls. If what you are looking for is a game without text or where things happen quickly, then this may not be for you.

Release Schedule: Currently the release of each update is approximately every two months, however this is subject to change due to the fact that I'm not the artist and all the art is managed as commissions (this is where the money of the project is used). So there will be times where there may be delays if the artist is working on someone else's commission or some other extraordinary situation occurs such as illness or something like that (Any delay is reported on my Discord).

Way of Corruption - a hand-drawn graphics and explicit content visual project in which players will meet an ambitious young idealist who joins the law enforcement agencies in order to protect ordinary people. But what she encounters during her work makes her rethink her original goals and begin a plan to eradicate corruption and crime in the ranks of her own colleagues. But what she will have to do to achieve what she wants and gamers will have to find out during the passage of an interesting and rich in spicy scenes plot story.
