The main character that we play as in Succum Brewery is a feisty chick called Catherine. Catherine lives in a kind of cyberpunk world and she has paid a transport to get her out of here. The problem is that she ran out of money before her destination and as a result, she was dumped on the rooftop of this building downtown. However, she was able to find an old abandoned building, and inside was an AI called IO. The two of them decide to open a rooftop bar together!

Hey, this already may sound like a dream situation, but Succum Brewery has a surprise in store. IO is obsessed with customer service and watches the bar patrons and figures out the way that they really want to be pleased is through sex and thus will start the training of Catherine. It has a kind of corruption thing going on, but also, Catherine is also aware of the situation she is in and wants to get out. It is a very well told story and I was legit bummed out when I got to the end of the most recent chapter as I was fully invested in what was going on.

As Succum Brewery is an RPG Maker game, it has that top down style you would expect. Yet, I think the cyberpunk world that has been created here gives it a lot of personality. I also love the way the big anime style character portraits will pop up on the screen when characters are talking to each other. Of course, we have to talk about the lewd content and as of me writing this there is not a ton in the game just yet, but what is here is great. Like the story, the lewd art is so well done that it left me wanting more so I guess that right there tells you how good it is!

Look, Succum Brewery has your typical RPG Maker style running around doing quests gameplay and that is fun. However, I just love the whole setup of this game. It is the serving drinks stuff and the whole social aspect of the game as you get to know the clientele of this place who are kind of weird that wraps it all together. I was never left wondering what the heck do I need to do next as everything I was doing in the game felt like it was a logical progression. This is one RPG Maker game where I would highly recommend you do not be put off by the fact RPG Maker is what it is made with.
