App is not working unable to send email screenshot to your email. recovery agents keep on calling and asking to pay. I shared a screenshot with them and they are not ready to understand the issue. Customer service is very poor. Spoke with the customer executive he is also not ready to provide a solution. He didn't understand the issue.

very bad service of the this app and the costumers care number and its email I'd also not give the response I use many other loan apps and there service but this app and basically hero fincorp service is not good at all. I tried a serval of time to rech it and Tell my problem but there is no response about it.
