I have been using this app for years. I use it in a more forensic way than music editing. I wish they would add a high filter pass as well as a sample noise reduction would be useful. There isn’t anything on the mobile phones for audio forensic may the developers could design one, it would be nice to add a file converter as well. I have to convert from au to m4a or mp3. i just got a new phone and I have to convert my files again and save them to Lexus cuz it doesn’t save them. It would be nice to have it search for all your audio files and you could check the ones you want to send to it. Still love it though tha was just thought for updates.

I use the app to quickly record songs as I’m writing them. i specifically want an app that just has the tools to cut, copy, paste, and trim so i can rough out an arrangement. I don’t need the complexity of apps that try to cram a computer DAW into a phone. That’s what the computer is for. The simple, mostly intuitive interface of this app gets the jobs one. However, you can’t really use the scrubbing tool. The control for it is at the bottom of the screen where iOS takes over and when you try to scrub, iOS thinks you’re trying to minimize the app. Big bummer because scrubbing is key for find edit points.
