Naver Papago is a professional language translation software that supports dozens of commonly used languages. Whether you input text, take a picture, or use voice, it can accurately translate the corresponding text content, meeting users' daily travel and communication needs. It supports offline translation packages, allowing users to communicate with others anywhere, regardless of internet access. In addition, Naver Papago also supports website translation; simply enter a website link to translate the corresponding webpage content.

How do you use Document translation?

Attach a document that you want to translate, and a translated document will be provided.

Login is required to use the document translation feature. You may translate up to 10 documents per account every month across both PC and mobile platforms.

The usage count resets on the 1st of every month (KST) and does not carry over to the next month.

Document translation service format

Translate documents in the pptx, xlsx, docx, or hwp format.

Translate documents that are less than 10 MB in size or have less than 10,000 characters.

Translate "Korean → English" and "English → Korean" language pairs.

How to Use

1. Go to the Home > Document Translation menu

2. Upload the document you wish to translate

3. Select the language pair (e.g., Korean-English) for the document

4. Click the "Translate" button to begin translation

5. Check the fully translated file

Precautions

Text in images is not translated.

Encrypted documents are not translated.

The styles, hyperlinks, notes, etc. applied to the text may not be identical or may be lost.

Please note that some documents may be unable to be translated due to separate unpredictable causes.

Translated documents can be downloaded for 7 days from the date of translation. For the following 7 days, they will remain visible in the list but cannot be downloaded.

After 14 days, the translation record will be automatically deleted from the list.

- Once the download period has expired, only the file title, translation date, and language pair will be visible. The file itself will no longer be available.
