I'm using smytten for more than 2 years but from last 1 year specially from my recentpurchases they're completely scamming their customers.In my recent order I've ordereda sunscreen and a hand cream from 6 trial points. And when i received the order they'vecompletely delivered wrong products like pouch, serum, body lotion of another brandsand when I raised a ticket, they responded that we've shipped and delivered rightproduct. They don't even have a number to contact. Their chatbox is literally useless.Smytten trial box has become more like a mystery box where you'll order something elseand you get something else. While delivering product on the top of the box they mentionedall names of the products but if something is missing inside the box, they are notresponsible for it. Delivery boy also doesn't know what is inside the box. 4. their refundcancellation and return policy is worst. They don't have any customer care number. 5.After lots of mail communication, if you are lucky, you will get the money otherwise theypeople simply send forwarded mail to you. 6. this is the fourth time when I am strugglingfor my missing product. First time I didn't do anything for my missing product. Secondand third time after lots of male communication, I got the money.
