I think some users fail to appreciate the complexities involved in the screen mirroring process, and don't take the time to communicate with the developers by submitting respectful requests for assistance—including screenshots, device specifications, and similar details. I commend the developers for working with me—promptly, attentively, and patiently—over the course of two weeks (communicating every 1–3 days) to release multiple app updates until it finally worked on my very average device—even while using the device's own mobile hotspot to provide the internet connection for my Roku.
