lliked the overall experience with the app. However there are certain features or rathermissing features which I don't like.1. Once you add any item in the cart it will not showwhether it is out of stock or not until you confirm the order. This is very frustratingsometimes. For example, when I have to place an order for 1500rs to get somediscount, I will add all the items and finally thinking my cart value is above 1500 andthen later I realise after tapping on confirm order that few items have gone out ofstock. Therefore, instead of adding extra button to do so, why don't you just add thatfeature every-time when a user taps on the cart button. This is a common featureacross all such kind of apps(amazon, flipkart, etc). 2. I don't understand why the orderis compulsory defaulted to COD, when online payment fails. I understand that you stillprovide option to the user to pay again but that still has some disadvantages. Forexample, once I placed an order and want to pay using payZapp and if I forgot to usepromocode before making final payement, then if I cancel my transaction, my order isauto converted to COD. But then If I again want to pay using payzapp, I can't see thatoption. Due to which I first have to wait for 15-20 min until payment processing isconfirmed from your end and then cancel the order and place again. This feature is notunderstood by me to be frank. I have not seen such feature in any other apps. Justcancel the order if payment doesn't went through and let the user try again forpayment. But, its personal choice, some people might like this feature.

Big Basket app works like a charm, well almost. There are issues with product search ascertain products don't show up in the search result, while I can see them in the previousorder item lists and can view the product page from there. Also, the search engine andproduct information should be updated with regional names of the products/items,especially veggies, so that it will be easier for people to search using the regional orcolloquial names.Still, BB is one of the best in the industry with fast response and actiontaken time on customer complaints, at least for me.One more improvement that can bedone is providing a voluntary option for the customers where in they can opt-in for brandreplacement if the selected brand of an item is not available at the time of packaging.Like, if I have ordered one particular brand of unsalted butter and at the packaging, ifthat brand is not available then instead of cancelling and refunding that item, you go forthe next brand which is closest/exact to the price of the brand which I selected. This canhelp out customers to not go out of stock of an item, even when their preferred brand isnot what they have got.
