It's a great app. I've been using it for a few years. There used to some weird issues initially when it stopped recording suddenly or the voices were distorted or I could hear only my voice and some other awkward issues. However, I haven't faced any issues lately. They keep increasing the price every year though and make it almost double every time. I still highly recommend it.

No. Cube ACR call recorder does not have access to the recording on your device, nor do we have any copies. We recommend you back up your recordings in the cloud from time to time.

The app doesn’t start/widget doesn’t appear when a call starts?

To ensure that the Cube ACR call recorder starts with every call, try disabling the battery optimization for Cube call recorder. Go to the Cube ACR menu > miscellaneous settings > go to battery optimization. Open the list of ‘all apps’. Find the Cube ACR app and disable battery optimization for it.

No recordings occur with the error message ‘recording failed: audio source or storage failure?

Make sure your phone recording audio source is set to ‘voice call (software)’ (Android 6-9) or 'voice recognition (software)' (Android 10-14).If this does not help, check if you have any other call recording app installed on your device (including the default, pre-installed recording functionality), or any voice assistant is used (Google Assistant, Bixby, Alice), or WiFi calling is enabled. Disable them for a test.

I can’t hear the interlocutor in recordings (Android 9)?
