User comments

I 100% recommend this app! I haven't used the learning features, but the dictionary has everything I could ask for: - Comprehensive translations, e.g. the word "run" has 52 potential meanings with examples for each - Full conjugation tables with irregulars highlighted in red - Often indicates regional variations (important!) My only complaint is that the pronunciation voice has a Latin accent, but I live in Spain. If there's a way to change that, I can't find it.

Best Spanish learning app ever. Not just drills for basic vocabulary like Duolingo, this has real lessons with real people, the ability to choose specific topics to study, and the ability to do targetted flash quizzes for memorization, especially around verb conjugation. I wish there were an app like this for every language. I couldn't recommend it enough.

I like how the lessons are formatted, they give you a couple of related phrases or words then drill you on them into the ground with increasing difficulty on the way you answer the question, ending with you having to type in the phrase with no added assistance. Especially if you combine the lessons with notes you take to review later, it really helps you remember the old information. Also, with the free version the ads during the lessons are genuinely the most unobtrusive ads in any app ive had.

Conclusion

It is more than just a language app; it's a comprehensive language companion. With its user-friendly interface, offline capabilities, and rich features, it caters to the needs of casual learners and serious students of Spanish. Whether looking for quick word translations or aiming to master verb conjugations, this app is a versatile and indispensable tool.
