User Reviews of Dott:

the bikes it doesn't receive as much repairs as the competition, so often you can get a bike with a small technical issue or running slow, but the process of book a ride is much easier than all others. sp if you want to get some bike quick and easy. this is a good choice.

Very nice. Constantly using to get around European cities. The scooters and bikes are the best models I've seen with a nice phone holder to help with navigation. the app also works well.

it's great, many different parking spots, lots of bikes everywhere, safe and useful. you get free rides when you invite a friend. 10/10.

Great service!! However, I'm really hoping that the advertised "request free first ride-(up to ten minutes) is going to be as advertised??.. time will tell?? Thanks again!

The app has great deals and ebikes are the best way to get around central Rome. It has its issues, like you have to be well within the allowed zones because the gps takes a long time to get precise enough. But the concept is very difficult and their execution is pretty damn good. The bikes themselves are self shifting, the electronic assist is very intuitive, brakes were good, and the ride was comfortable.
