Finding and activating a car through the Caroo app is a smooth and intuitive process. If I had to make a suggestion on how the app could improve, it would be in allowing the user replace an uploaded photo with a better one, and offering a means to upload additional pictures besides the standard four. For example, the adjacent car was obstructing me from taking an optimal shot, but it later moved, so I was able to take a better one. Overall, great service and app!

I installed around a month ago and i am in Thessaloniki. it does the job , nice cars but not a lot of them in Thessaloniki. easy to use i have no problems with the app. prices are reasonable, most of the times when there is no traffic it is much cheaper than a taxi. the only problem is the parking that's why it is 4 stars.

It is quite good. But in the last updates you can't see where the metro and proastiakos station are, which were quite helpful. Fixed!
