Back Market

Back Market is a platform application for used electronic devices. Users can purchase various electronic devices for everyday life. When buying new devices, users can also trade in old devices and receive discounts. This allows users to buy their desired devices at reasonable prices. The application also supports free on-site service to inspect devices and provide an estimate. It also supports multiple payment methods, making it accessible to different users.

Features

Create your account in less than a minute.

While browsing the Back Market catalog doesn't require registration, you'll need to create one to purchase items. Fortunately, registration takes only a few seconds. Simply link your Google or Facebook account. After logging in, you can add personal information and your preferred payment method. You can pay using credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, or Klarna.

Get a free device estimate

A major advantage of using the official Back Market app is that you can get a free device estimate. Simply go to the "My Devices" page and click the "Run an assessment" option. This process might be a little tedious, as you'll need to tap the screen multiple times, turn on the device flashlight, check if the device vibrates properly, and ensure all buttons are working correctly, among other things. Once the inspection is complete, Back Market will provide a valuation based on your device model.

Upgrade Your Device

After the device inspection is complete, Back Market will allow you to directly trade in your old device. It's very simple. Browse all the items in the store, find your desired item, and the price of your old device will be deducted from the total price. You don't need to worry about anything. Usually, a courier will pick up your old device. This way, you can kill two birds with one stone: get rid of your no longer-needed old phone and save money on a new one.

User Reviews

I was skeptical at first, always worried about being ripped off when trying anything new, but Back Market's service was fantastic and fast—it arrived in two days. When I received the phone, it was even better than expected, without a single scratch. The packaging was very secure, the phone was sparkling clean, and it worked perfectly.

I've bought things here several times, and each time has been a great experience. My son broke my laptop, and I was short on cash, knowing I couldn't afford a new one. But I stumbled upon this website. Of course, I was a little skeptical at first, but I placed an order anyway, just to give it a try. My computer, a MacBook Air, has been working perfectly for almost a year, and the price wasn't bad either.

The trade-in process for my Nintendo Switch was very smooth and simple. I received a very reasonable price quickly after sending the Switch out. The experience was excellent, offering a better price than any other reseller I'd consulted before. Highly recommended! You'll definitely enjoy a smooth and fair trade-in experience!

Conclusion

If you're looking to upgrade your smartphone or buy a new laptop, game console, or Mac, download Back Market. This app lets you find the best prices on refurbished and used products. Furthermore, it offers comprehensive after-sales service, making it easy to return items if you're not satisfied with the product you receive.
