Create a new assignment: If you’re not satisfied with the exercises provided by Liftoff , you should create your own workout plan to suit your personal needs. First, access the Generate New Workout section, then select your desired muscle group. The application displays several options such as Middle Delt 54%, Front Delt 25%, Rear Delt 18% and Triceps 4%. The list of new exercises clearly shows the movements, along with the intensity level and number of repetitions. Users should customize the workout time, exercise complexity, equipment selection, and divide the workout into different parts. For workout time, you can choose from pre-set time slots such as 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour. Based on your training level, choose the appropriate complexity level such as Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Control workout progress: With over 300 graded and ranked exercises, Liftoff helps users clearly determine their current skill level through tiers such as Gold and Silver. The system will display your ranking globally and regionally as accurately as possible. For example, your rank is Gold III, ranking 13278 globally and 4359 regionally. This allows you to easily track your training progress compared to the wider training community. The application also displays your training ranking metrics through a GSR Over Time chart. By looking at the chart, you will see changes in ranking over time, quickly identifying your training trends to improve and maintain long-term motivation.
Adjust diet: Liftoff integrates additional features for managing daily calorie intake and diets in an intuitive and scientific way. The Nutrition section displays your daily calorie goal, including calories consumed from food and calories burned after exercise. In just seconds, the system accurately calculates the remaining calories you need to balance during your diet. Users can add meals according to their preferences by clicking on Add Meal. Easily add other meals from the food database or use the barcode scanner to scan food items. Customize macro-target parameters such as Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Fat to suit your needs.

I haven't been able to get in touch with the developers for an API, but that aside I love this app. I've introduced this app to a lot of friends, family, and coworkers. It is great for tracking, noting, finding lifts and exercises I wasn't aware of. I appreciate the demonstrations is provides of lifts and details regarding the mechanics of the lifts. IE Zercher Squats - found those through the app, love them and they are a go to leg day accessory for me now.
Honestly this app is amazing between the tracking reps and sets, and the huge variety of workouts that they already have cataloged. There is a premium to get more features, but I have been using the free version for 2 months with no issues to just track my workouts and make constant improvements. Thinking about getting premium to support them and get some other cool features. This app also has a calorie tracker if you're looking for that as well, but I have not personally used it yet.
Motivational, consistent and a great system for tracking your progress. I would highly recommend whether you are using this app with pro or not. Always struggled with committing myself to working out after my shift at work as I saw planning my workouts as inconvenient, time-consuming and never felt consistent enough to fully commit, but with the app, planning becomes seamless and boils all the noise down to showing up - which in the end is that really counts. 5 stars. Get to work.
great app, I love it completely it's affordable and offers good nutrition tracking and progress tracking tools. with it I was able to increase my overall strength and be competitive with my gym bros. one issue I'm having recently that I hope will get solved is that when I use the scan food tool in the nutrition section the app will just close. this is an issue because the nutrition tracking tool is a apart of my pro membership which I pay for and I rely on it to track my macros.

How are ranks calculated?
Ranks are calculated using your bodyweight and your 1RM.
What is Rank Your Lift?
Rank Your Lift is separate from the tracker, where you can simply check the rank for any exercise you want. However, this will not save the rank. If you want to save the rank, you have to go through the tracker.
How is my Liftoff Rank calculated?
Your Liftoff Rank is calculated based on an accumulated score of your exercise ranks. The higher the exercise score, the more it counts towards your Liftoff Rank.
How do I log rest days?
You don't need to! The app automatically considers your rest days as part of your streak as long as you don't break your streak. You will lose your streak if you don't log a workout for three days straight.For example, if you worked out on Monday, you must post by Thursday to keep your streak, as Friday would be too late.
How do streaks work?
Streaks increase as you maintain the consistency of posting your workouts. Your streak will break if you don't post a workout for three days straight. If you're on a streak and you didn't log on your rest day, the next time you post, it will consider the rest day into your streak. For example, if you post on Monday, and then post on Wednesday, your streak will increase by 2 not 1 from Monday to Wednesday.
Who can see my posts?
Your posts will be private by default, so only you and your friends can see your posts. However, whenever you post, you have the option to post on discovery. The discovery section is where anyone can see your post.
