Just finished my Day 7 and I am enjoying this app so far. I love that it's free and doesn't force you to subscribe. The duration for every exercise of 10-15 minutes is also enough for me as a beginner in pilates and doesn't put a lot of pressure in me. The countdown and voice over feature is also helpful during the exercise. lastly, the app's interface is also easy to navigate. Keep it up, devs!

Great app especially for FREE. The music is relaxing. I only wish I could play my own during the workout I love the countdown and halfway point features so I don't have to jump back and forth to my phone timer. Most exercise apps don't give you a rest between each exercise. But this one also has the option to skip it each time. I also love that it is a quick wrap-up when done, no having to check off each exercise individually at any time.

I'm actually surprised at how good this app is. I'm using the free version and the workouts are doable in a living room with a toddler present- so it goes to show how easy it is to fit into your life. Max amount of time I think is maybe 30 minutes, but the work ours I've been doing are between 10 and 15 minutes. Perfect to ease into moving your body if you've not done it in a while.

Pretty good so far, no complaints. I'm on day 6 so I haven't finished yet but I'm enjoying it, exercises are somewhat fun (as fun as breaking up a sweat can be lol) I haven't seen any noticable progress yet but then again I'm only on day 6 but I do feel a little soreness in my legs and sides which is good I think cuz that means I've worked my tsrget areas. Pretty good would recommend. I'll be back if I see results (and if I remember).
