Why can't I install the game on my Android device?

Please check if you have enabled app permission on your device and try to install the latest APK version from our official website. Samsung S20/Android 12) and we'll provide further assistance.

Why can't I install the game on my iOS device?

Due to certain Apple policies, you may run into some difficulties installing Star Lusts on iOS devices. If you're unable to install the IPA on your device, you can try the following two methods:

Download the APK from the Nutaku website and play on an Android emulator.

On your iOS device, go to the EROLABS website in Safari and select Play Now to play the browser version of the game.

We're working hard to come up with a comprehensive solution that will allow iOS to play Star Lusts with greater ease.

Why am I getting an error message or being told the servers are full in the browser version?

This may be due to too many players accessing the game at the same time. If you encounter either of these situations, the best thing to do is to try again a little later.

What happens if I install the IPA version and receive a pop-up message saying the game "Is No Longer Available"?

After installing an IPA from a third-party source, the length of time the app will be available depends on the validity of the agreement you made. If the agreement becomes invalid, you will be unable to open the app. Agreements made with an Apple ID last only for 7 days. Once 7 days have passed, you can use the same Apple ID to reinstall the app.

Why hasn't the browser version been updated?

Can I use the same account on different devices?

Yes, you can. By binding your Nutaku account, you can use the same account to play across all devices and emulators.

What happens if I lose my guest account?

As your game data is saved to your Nutaku account, if you are playing with a guest account, there’s a chance you’ll lose your data when reinstalling or updating the game. As such, we strongly recommend binding your Nutaku account as soon as possible. If you’ve lost your game data and you remember your guest account UID, you can send an email to ask-starlusts@pinkcore.com where a customer service representative will help you restore your data.

How can I bind my account?

If you are using a guest account, head to the in-game Settings > Other > Bind Your Account to bind your game data to your account. If you cannot see the Bind Your Account option, you have already successfully bound your account. Log in with this account on any device to restore your game data.
