Equellum/Fabula: Carmen Cygni follows Roz-chan, our protagonist horsegirl, on her new life in the town of Umikaze. Upon her first few days there, the town's castle, Vigil Castle, suddenly transforms into a tower at night! What could be the cause of this? What mysteries lie inside the castle at night? This game got way to big for my briches, as I had no plan and kept adding stuff to it until it got really big and when I tried adding structure, a lot of stuff with RPG Maker broke down for me, and it got pretty difficult to fix. I'm not done with this universe, however, currently working on more horsegirls with a talented team! Some time next year (2025) I will have a playable first chapter if things go well!Windows only, apologies. I tried getting it running in other systems, but it would just come with a host of problems.

Experimental Scope: A passion project bursting with unpolished charm—quirky minigames, hidden lore scrolls, and fourth-wall-breaking NPCs lamenting the game’s "unstable code."  

Carb-Fueled Quirks: Doughnuts aren’t just snacks; collect rare recipes to craft temporary buffs (e.g., “Glazed Resilience” reduces damage) or bribe certain ghosts.  

Duality of Life: Split time between cozy daytime routines (fishing, café gigs, gossip-filled stable chats) and perilous nocturnal expeditions into the tower. Neglect one, and the other suffers—skip work, lose funds for gear; avoid the tower, and curses spill into daylight.  

Puzzle-Driven Dungeons: Solve riddles tied to Umikaze’s folklore (e.g., aligning stained glass to moonlight, calming phantom steeds) to progress. Solutions evolve nightly, demanding adaptability.

Even with the bugs, I thoroughly enjoy this game and hope it continues being worked on in the future, if possible. There's always the joke of "I play it for the plot" but the story of the game is genuinely really good and I loved going through it

So i dont know if my games bug or what but i got to the part where sugar says that the centaur town got attacked by the elves but if i go to it nothing happens i cant go through the gate and i left the tower i got some scenes but besides that nothing haopened so I wanna know if my games bugged or if I just got to the end of the game-
