I Am The Man Now!

I have to say right off the bat that the MC in this game is a complete asshole! Restore Her Career features one of the most twisted, mean, and unlikeable MCs I have seen in quite a long time, but that is exactly the point of this guy! He has moved back in with his mother who was a model, but she lost her job. Needing to make money, he starts to corrupt and manipulate his mother, his aunt, and any other females that he comes across to get sex and pretty much what he wants!

Keeping Still

Visually, I love the way that Restore Her Career looks. The game leans more towards Asian looking chicks and that is ok with me. They all have these massive exaggerated boobs which are awesome and even though the game is going for a more realistic look, they have kind of made it work. The sex renders in the game are awesome and as the game is a bit of a slow burn, you really feel like you have earned those lewd scenes when you get them. The sex scenes are not animated, but at least each one does have a few different images.

He Is Going To Get What He Wants

The gameplay of Restore Her Career is something of an acquired taste in my humble opinion. There are a couple of reasons that I say this. You see, first of all, this is very close to being a kinetic visual novel as you do get to make a few decisions, but ultimately, this game is going to take you where it wants you to go. Also, the whole MC being a jerk and the corruption/blackmail thing that is at the center of the story mean that some people may have a tough time getting into the game. The game is also quite slow paced, but that was something I liked about it, but at the same time I can see why some people may not like the slower pace of the story.
