I would never usually get an app like this. The stories are fairly cliché and it always pushes you to buy gems. However, I'm trying to learn German (I'm B1) and I need reading material that is easy to understand, entertaining, and that I can start and stop wherever I go. This app is perfect for learning German! If you don't care about the direction of the stories then it's free (just only pick whatever the free option is). Good art quality too.

Whispers has gotten way better over the past year. It's easier to get gems now, but heads up, some stories are super expensive, so you might want to skip those. The character development is on point, and there's more diversity than ever before. The writing's gotten so much better that I'm starting to like this app more than Chapters. I'd love to see more fantasy novels, though.
