Introduction

Botworld Adventure is an open-world RPG that invites players to explore a vast landscape, gather rare materials from various regions, and craft powerful bots to battle against a wide array of enemies and monsters. Each bot features a unique design and a distinct set of skills; in combat—whether against AI foes or other players—timing is key, as you must unleash your bots' ultimate abilities at the perfect moment to defeat your opponents, earn generous rewards, and unlock blueprints for new bots. Players can also join or create guilds, teaming up with friends to complete missions for extra rewards, or simply engage with fellow guild members to share strategies and team compositions, ensuring an enjoyable gaming experience.

Features of Botworld Adventure:

Combat falls somewhere between an autobattler and a lightweight action RPG. Bots leap, charge, stun, and fire at opponents under AI control. Rather than directing every strike, you drag player abilities into the fight and decide when to support the team. Individual bots also have distinct skills and an ultimate move, so team composition matters even when moment-to-moment control is limited.

That setup keeps battles approachable without making the player entirely passive. It best suits collectors who enjoy building a squad and making occasional tactical decisions, rather than players looking for precise manual combat. Anyone who wants direct control over every party member may find the automatic attacks restrictive.

The top-down 3D world covers forests, deserts, a large city, and other areas filled with missions and characters. Movement uses a virtual joystick, and the uncomplicated controls fit the game's relaxed tone. The colorful environments and robotic animal designs give exploration more personality than the usual sequence of menus and battle arenas.

Progress revolves around finding scrap, discovering bot recipes, building new companions, and strengthening existing favorites. Bots can gain new attacks and evolve as experience accumulates. The city adds stores for acquiring skills and bots, while the playable Botmaster can be customized as a cat, dog, buffalo, or lizard.

Guilds broaden the structure beyond solo collecting. Members can complete cooperative quests, exchange advice through text chat, and enter guild events that award scrap and outfits. These features give long-term players another reason to keep improving their teams, though the central pleasure remains finding and upgrading bots.

Strategies of Botworld Adventure:

Economy - Real money > Gems > Tokens > Coins > Abilities, Boosters and Scrap. With this economy flow, you'll probably want to prioritize resources to the left above those to the right. Tokens can become Coins which can become Scrap, but not the other way around.

With Boosters and Abilities, quantity can be turned into quality with Module Fusing, but as far as I can tell, Scrap cannot, so I try to prioritize Abilities and Boosters over Scrap. The only thing that I potentially have "too much of" is Common and Special Scrap.

Shop/Coins - Try not to buy Common or Special Scrap in the shop with Coins if at all possible. Coins are your "flexible currency", and though they may seem easy to earn early on, Coins will be necessary in large quantities later on. For me, the first good use of Coins is buying specific Rare Scrap to upgrade Bots at level 10+. From what I've read, later on (I haven't got this far yet) Coins will be necessary to buy Botframe Essences to upgrade Bots beyond level 20, at 5000 Coins a piece. It should go without saying that you should avoid spending Coins on Haircuts and Rerolls.

Starter Bots - You'll eventually get all three, so don't worry too much about this. I got all three around level 10.

Business Upgrades - Using the above Economy as a guide, I prefer to prioritize anything that gives Tokens, Coins, Abilities, and Boosters over Scrap. I believe that maxing out the Arcade Machine, Chip Fabricator, and Scrap Collector (in that order) is probably a good start. You can probably skip all the Scrap upgrades, since you can get more Scrap simply by playing more. Repair Boost is ok, but I've never played the game continuously enough to warrant Canister Storage. Plus, you can refill them for free (5 ads) in the shop. All of the Token, Recruit, and Other upgrades are good, though you can probably skip Sponsorship (arena scrap).

Bots and Upgrades - The difficulty of the game scales based on the average level of your best six Bots, so if you want to be able to use a variety of Bots, you'll probably want to level them all up equally. If you rush level a select few Bots, the difficulty will spike and you won't be able to use (and thus AI level) your lower-level Bots. Bots get to AI Level 3 fairly quickly, so it's worth the effort to level your Recruits' Bots at least that far.

Player Comments of Botworld Adventure:

This game is honestly pretty good. Its rare for a mobile game to be a story progression based game. The game can be played in offline mode which is good for travel (except when you need to get new contracts) but this game has got to be some sort of crypto miner. Every time i play it with wifi turned on my phone lags like crazy with constant tearing to images and sound so I recommend playing it on offline mode but otherwise its a great game. Effort was definitely put into making it which can’t be said the same for most mobile games put there.

The world they’ve created here is beautiful and accompanied by great atmospheric music. I love the art and the story, and this is the kind of game I’d expect to pay £5-10 for. The only things I’d change are that the controls are a bit janky in that you can’t control the camera and there’s often an annoying delay before you’re able to move, and I think there should be a skip-battle feature against low level AI.

Botworld Adventure is a super game. It has a charming storyline, beautifully designed scenery and characters, and a surprisingly strategic gameplay. I love the range of customisation battle wise - with placement of bots relative to your enemies, obstacles, tankier bots that can soak up damage for squishy ones being key to winning or loosing. Not only that, powerful instant abilities like pushes and firewalls can turn the battle into your favour! A very promising game and I can’t wait what future updates have in store! Highly recommend!

I’ve been a Botmaster in Botworld for over a year now and would highly recommend this mobile game. I cannot honestly recall a better game that I’ve played on mobile. BA really is an awesome world, with multiple maps, challenging enemies, story based, missions/contracts, it’s cute and spicy at the same time, engaging and most importantly, still growing and developing. Featherweight Games’ dev team are keen to listen and expand this world with the players and play longevity in mind.  Updates are regular and there’s an active and passionate following (see their discord and/or other socials). I do opt to pay for the Mayoral Pass to boot out Ad watching and this makes the experience much better. Had the game been less enjoyable, I wouldn’t put £’s into it at all. Five stars and highly recommended you download and join the rest of us Botmasters in game and over on Discord.

Final Verdict:

Botworld Adventure takes you into an incredibly attractive universe where you'll complete challenges and become immersed in exciting battles. Thanks to the great visual performance and the simplicity of the gameplay, you'll get to experience new adventures in each round while you discover all the characters that make up the game.
