I don't understand the issue people are having with ads. I don't have this issue, and I didn't go ad-free. I will watch ads for the free gems and unlimited vacuum, but that's it. I've been playing for a couple of years and the only complaint I have is when I changed phones, I lost all progress. Oh, well. Lesson learned. Great game, good graphics and music, and just a lot of fun to play!

Fantastic game!! been playing a couple years now. there were some issues early on but they are all fixed. when the occasional issue occurs, support addresses it quickly. there are some that complain about the ads. honestly, I don't understand why they don't pay the few dollars to buy the one-time waiver of ads. if you're going to play a game that extensively, give them a couple of dollars for support or deal with the ads.

The reason Im giving 5 stars is because of the support team! I submitted a request for help with an issue, and got an email from a REAL person within a day. Then when she was out of the office, somebody else took over the issue so I didnt have to wait for her to be back. Valerie and Mike, thank you! Valerie was able to see gems I had spent/lost and refunded me more than she had to! The game is fun. Ads can get annoying but are easy to skip, and not TOO expensive to get rid of if you want.

Been playing this game for a month plus now and even though I think some of the needed parts (wood, rubber, tape, etc) are too steep once your tools reach level 20+, it's still pretty decent. I don't even mind watching the ads to move along faster (despite the ai ads being annoying) The golden axe breaking multiple debris animations are super satisfying to watch. Can be a little glitchy but it hasn't caused any game crashes. Gonna continue chipping away.
