Air strafing: The ability to alter one's trajectory while in the air after a slidejump. This can help to recover from a dash or to turn around corners mid-slide. The basic step-by-step is a

Slide + Jump: Slowly turn your camera towards the intended direction.Use the corresponding A/D key in conjunction.Although this technique isn't very useful in a fight, it can be used to traverse the map faster, and juke enemies.

Wall Jump/Wall Bounce: There have been 3 iterations of the Wall Jump/Wall Bounce mechanic, but only one of them was 100% intended by the developer. However, it was removed shortly after. This guide will not cover it. The first Wall Jump iteration was incredibly difficult to pull off and only worked around half the time. The step-by-step guide is as follows:

Slide into a wall: After colliding into a wall, wait a second or two.Jump and hold the reverse directional keys

Walldash: Walldash is based on the principle that when a player is completely immobilized during a dash, jumping while movement key(s) are pressed will initiate a boosted jump in the desired direction (affected by player orientation). The jump then starts with full momentum, and is slightly faster than a full-speed jump which makes it by far the most impactful way to end a dash while fighting.A dashing player can be immobilized by either getting stuck in a corner or colliding with a straight wall at an angle very close to 90°. The redirection jump can then immediately be performed. We can talk about corner wall dash and straight wall dash. However, in the case of a straight wall, the player will not be completely stopped if it isn't close enough to 90°. Ever so slightly, that will greatly impact the direction of the redirection jump, which will throw the player close to parallel to the wall regardless of the keys pressed, which is often the worst scenario, since fights mostly happen perpendicularly to nearby walls. The straight wall dash requires some precision but is overall not that hard to pull off. Even though no one currently uses it, being somewhat advanced or simply unknown, it can be a very handy tool.
