Art of War is a fun war strategy game where players become commanders, leading their armies to battle against various enemies. Recruit powerful heroes and troops to face challenges in different levels, make wise strategic decisions, and ultimately outnumber the enemy to become the victor and win rich rewards. While climbing the rankings and competing with other players, upgrade your army's combat power. The game will be updated regularly, introducing more levels, scenarios, and limited-time events. Gameplay of Art of War:

Heroes, Troops and Barracks: Unit information and stats of multiple unit troops: Now you are able to check Hero / Troop stats and skill description in the "Heroes / Troops" section which you can access from the main menu. Press on the icon of the troop you want to review; the appeared window will show its stats. There you can review different level's stats by pressing the arrow below. If the troop has an ability, you can swipe to the right to open the ability description. Thus you can see the skill of the Pilgrim called “Solar Healing” and information about what exactly it does.The stats you see in the troops’ menu are for a single count. There are two kinds of troops in the game: single unit (one count) and multiple units (many counts). Multiple-unit troops have up to 9 counts in the squad. All stats including Attack, HP and Defense are shown per one unit (count). Same goes for the troop skills, thus, for example, each single pilgrim has his own healing skill that activates separately from others.

Heroes and upgrading: There are 3 kinds of heroes in the game: rare (blue color), epic (violet color) and legendary (orange).Legendary heroes have an additional skill that unlocks when they reach level 11.To upgrade your hero, you must collect hero cards (shards) that you can obtain by opening chests, buying super card packs or by taking part in special events. After you collect enough cards (shards) of the same hero, you can upgrade the hero to the next level. The first upgrade (upgrading hero to the 2nd level) usually requires 2 identical hero cards.

Troop upgrading: To upgrade the troops you need to combine troops of the same kind and same level (stars) by dragging and merging them together. You can do it on the battlefield or in the barracks.

Barracks and its' capacity: The function of the barracks is to store troops you don’t need when your battlefield slots are fully occupied. You can also use it for regrouping and upgrading troops. If your army is fully set, all new troops will automatically get stored in the barracks.

Art of War: Legions’s exciting battles are one of its best features. The players will feel as if they are part of a real war dance when playing this game. The players can imagine themselves as famous Generals, as they conquer with their mini armies. For players to win these battles, they must prepare carefully and use a strategic approach. This component keeps players interested in the game, and they are eager to play it again.

Two opposing armies will appear before your very eyes. Two factions who cannot coexist. The blue side represents water. On the opposite side, the flames are red. The special thing about the two legions is that they will have the same shape. You might think that it is the same block when you first look at it.

After reaching level 14, players can now access new missions. It is one of many great things about this game. These games are fun and give players the opportunity to earn valuable gems to use to strengthen their armies. These challenges will test the ability of players to be imaginative. They are more difficult than first appears. This element increases the stakes of the game by making it more challenging. It also keeps players interested for a longer time.

The power of the two armies is different, despite their similarity in appearance. It is easier to tell the difference between allied and hostile armies because of their similar appearance. Some soldiers prefer pistols over long guns. You may also come across members with swords. Each will be appropriate for the battle context and state of your enemy.

Strategies of Art of War:

Spend gold on 240K troop packs: It’s tempting to beef up on 4* troop packs for 120K gold early on, but you will hit a wall, and hard! Early on, you need quantity and diversification. The 240K packs, which come with 30 common or rare troops, give you just that. They can be found in the recruitment camp.

Use gems for hero events: There are a lot of opportunities to spend gems in AOW. Don’t fall for it! Early on, you should be playing games that give legendary shards and other beefy prizes. Flip some cards, spin that wheel, but whatever you do, don’t waste them on 1* troops or pay to open hero chests early. Spending gems on fusions before you get a good feel for what troops you need can also end in tears.

Save those medals: The easiest way to get pelts and frost archers is to spend medals in the Honour Hunt Exchange. Easy isn’t always good. You’ll need those things later. It costs 2,500 medals to make one level 9 troop. That’s 122,500 medals needed for a field of 49 level 9 troops. Level 10’s cost 3,500 medals — you do that math. I’m getting anxious just thinking about it. Save early.

Join a good clan: Most players have a level 9 Viking they won’t show anybody. Don’t let it happen to you. Join a clan that’s active and shares ideas. Good clans have a Discord server or Facebook Group. It’s not about spending more time on the game, either. Joining a good group, can save you hours, gems, and medals you might have otherwise wasted making the wrong calls.

Focus on one or two heroes: It’s easy to want to play every wheel or card master event. But, getting a strong hero to level 11, where its legendary skill kicks in is critical. Focus on one common legendary i.e. Davison and one rare legendary i.e. Aly and only invest in those events. That way you have two strong heroes fast, and not eight level 4’s. Also, do research about which heroes are good. No one wants to spend time and effort on a level 15 Horus, only to trade it for a level 6 Seondeok.
