The game is constantly being updated, with new cases and characters appearing in future updates, and the underlying threads connecting the various cases gradually emerging, providing players with an even higher quality gaming experience.

Story of One Thousand Acts of Decency:

Trapped inside a mysterious Dome and being forced to solve a murder case, Chive O’Higgins must work together with a cast of oddball characters to investigate and debate the facts of the case and catch the killer.

It’s an unremarkable December 26th when Chive is unceremoniously thrust into a murder case, when his enigmatic neighbor, Mischief Applegate, is found stabbed to death in his apartment building’s lobby. Left with no other choice but to solve the murder, Chive is joined by his easy-going and excitable cousin, Shallot Fogg, as well as a prurient telemarker named Herb Petters, and a spirited savant named RJ Miller. With an enigmatic time limit counting down, the four of them must comb over every inch of the crime scene to gather the evidence they need to unmask the culprit behind Mischief’s murder. As time passes, and the truth unravels, it slowly becomes clear that what appeared to be a simple homicide is anything but.

One Thousand Acts of Decency is a murder-mystery visual novel with a wide case of quirky, anthropomorphic characters, with the cast of the first case being just a small selection of the witnesses and suspects Chive enounters as he investigates other strange incidents. As cases are solved, story arcs spanning multiple cases will come to their conclusion as the truth behind the Dome will be brought into the light. Combining the gameplay stylings of Danganronpa and Ace Attorney, One Thousand Acts of Decency presents a new twist on the genre by bringing the debates to the very same locations being investigated. Alright, I went over the whole entire case from 1-3. Loved the whole thing. I'm just gonna say my favourite chars here from 1-3. Rj, Nargis and Mateo. I would mention my most favourite in case 2 but it's going to be a big spoiler because of it.Also, came here because of Trainwreck. Really glad I discovered this especially I love puzzles.

Hello I can't progress in case 2 where I just unlocked the sorting area I already investigated the crane, the blood puddle and the conveyor belt are there anymore things to investigate?, I talked to Oscar about everything the evidence the profiles but I couldn't progress it always had the exclamation mark on that area...am I missing something cuz I might just be dumb lol (I also completed searching the crane area)Btw Perfect game in my opinion The writing is peak and the art is cool plus the puzzle solving is very engaging.For a person who is a fan of Danganronpa and ace attorney and also a furry this Game really hits the spot.I had nonstop playing this game the day I download it.Over peak game would highly recommend it to others.

Peak game, certainly the best I've ever played from Itch(a lot of bias towards murder-mystery).I love the character development and interactions they have with each other, and the cases themselves are very well thought out! Tho I did see a few missed minor details, for example (SPOILER AHEAD) how you could tell Hubert's tail wasn't in the background of the green screen if you looked closely under Wherther's arm.Also I gotta say I love when Dimitri smiles at the camera.
