Ninja Turtles: Legends is a beloved action-adventure game where players recruit allies and enemies from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to form a powerful team to fight against the evil Dr. Kraang and his henchmen. Gameplay:

In Legends, players take control of a group of mutants populated by characters from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise (primarily the characters from the 2012 series, but other iterations of certain characters also appear) to combat and defeat other similar groups encountered in the game. Rewards are given for every victory and are either selected at random based on the stage played or by a prize wheel that will spin until a tap from the player stops it. Certain rewards will allow players to summon and collect other characters (both heroes and villains) for use in battle.

Story Mode: The game's story mode features an original story set within the universe of the 2012 series, comprising seven chapters, each with its own set of stages and level of difficulty. The game's over-arcing plot involves Leonardo attempting to find and reunite with his brothers following an accidental separation. Along the way, Leo meets and teams up with a large number of characters from the franchise, including villains. Each stage rates the player upon completion (three stars, in this case ninja stars, are awarded if the player wins the stage with all party characters alive, while two are awarded if one character was killed and one star given in all other cases) and offers random items as a reward, usually items to level up characters, mutagen, warp passes and occasionally greenbacks.

Tournament Mode: Tournament Mode allows players to face other players' teams in battle (though not in real time; the opponent's characters are chosen at random and controlled by the computer). Each Tournament lasts for a week and is given a theme based around a specific character (e.g. "Mutagen Man Tournament" or "Dogpound Tournament"). A victory results in the player gaining anywhere from 25 to 35 points, while a loss means the player forfeits 7 to 10 points. There are several tiers with 100 spots each. The more matches that are won in the tournament, the higher the player's score and thus the higher the player ranks. Doing better than the score at first place on one tier bumps the player up to the next tier, though over time the points accumulated by other players could send a player back down to the previous tier. At the end of every tournament, the player will receive random rewards (though pizza points, greenbacks and DNA cards are usually included) based on their final rank and number of points. Prizes after each individual victory are determined by spinning a prize wheel.

Know Your Type Matchups: In the game, all enemies and all heroes belong to one of five types: red, blue, orange, grey, or purple. Depending on what type your hero belongs to it will affect the damage dealt to the enemy. Some types work better against other types, and knowing which ones are stronger than others can greatly influence the outcome of a battle.Here is a summary of the different type matchups in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Legends, so that you will be able to use them to your advantage:Blue types are strong against orange types but are weak against purple types. Orange types are strong against grey types but weak against blue types. Purple types are strong against blue types but are weak against red types. Grey types are strong against red types but are weak against orange types. Finally, red types are strong against purple types but weak against grey types.Rather than memorize that you can look at the pause menu during a battle for a quick reminder of which types do better against each other. Also, before you attack an enemy, there should be either a green up-arrow or a red down-arrow next to their level icon. A green up-arrow means that your type is strong against theirs, and a red down-arrow means that their type is strong against yours.If you pay close attention to what colour the arrows are before you attack then you will be able to figure out type matchups on the fly, which can greatly help you turn the tides of a battle. It is best to first focus on enemies whose type is weak against yours, but keep in mind that type matchups are not the sole factor in determining victory.

Manage Your Pizza Wisely: Each battle costs you pizza energy and you only have a limited amount that you can use each day. But you get a free slice of pizza every five minutes, so your pizza energy will replenish itself over time. What you need to do is to split your pizza energy between playing campaign missions and grinding in hard mode.In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Legends there are two main battle modes: the first is campaign mode (which costs 6 pizza energy) and the second is hard mode (which costs 12 pizza energy). Also, for a limited time only there are bonus movie tie-in missions which cost 8 pizza energy. As you first begin the game you should spend your pizza energy on playing the campaign mode, because you don’t start off with a lot of pizza energy initially. However, once you start levelling up you should be spending some time playing hard mode missions.In hard mode the enemies are at a higher level than they were in the campaign mode. But finishing a hard mode level will give you greater rewards as well as items that you need to find new characters and level up the ones in your party. Once you reach level 10 it is best if you do minimum 3 hard mode missions per day, that way you can at least get the daily challenge reward for completing them. Also don’t forget to open your mystery pack of cards every two hours because it will usually contain some additional pizza energy for you to use. If you are really short on energy you can spend some in-game cash to order more pizza, in-game cash can be bought, but is also easily earned from daily challenges.

Build A Strong Team: One of the most important keys to success in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Legends is constructing a team that will be ready to face any type of foe. A good team should have a mix between the different hero types, as dependence on one may leave you open if the enemy team’s type is stronger than yours.Also, you should construct a team that is well-rounded so you will be able to face whatever the game can throw at you. What this means is that your team should be similar to teams that you would see in other RPGs. A good team will have: a damage dealer (or two), a tank, and a healer. The damage dealer will be the character who outputs the most damage and who will be able to take down bosses, make sure to keep him safe throughout the battle. The tank is a character with a lot of health, who will be able to survive throughout the fight and keep the rest of the team safe. And the healer will make sure that the tank and the damage dealer do not die.Here is an example, using the first early game team you will construct. Newtralizer is a good tank as he has a lot of health, and as you level him up his damage will also become quite high. Leonardo will be the first ninja turtle you unlock and has a good healing ability to keep your party alive. Karai is another early game character, who starts off with quite low health, but once she passes level 12 can output large amounts of damage through her critical hits. These three heroes will form the backbone of your first team. Other good starting heroes to round out your team include: Baxter Stockman, Spiderbytez and Chris Bradford. They will give your team good variety and will take some of the pressure off your heavy hitters.

The game is really good no problems only when i have to download the story but i don't have good service but other than that it's great the game has all the characters the graphics are excellent and the characters look perfect. One thing though and this is a question not a complaint shinigami had gloves in the show but in the game she doesn't, theres nothing wrong with that i was just wondering. But this game is really good i soo recommend downloading it.

I personally love the game. Im a huge turtles fan and the grind puts me into the game. It is time consuming but isnt that what a game is for? I love the autoplay feature which is helpful. Very repetative if you wanna save money but worth the rewards over time. I love the placement of the adds as optional choice for advancing a little more for the day.

This game is amazing and has so many great things in it. The characters are pretty well made and have many different skills. I wanted to mention, I've seen a review saying that someone doesn't receive the free rewards from ads. The same thing happens to me, but reappears in my mailbox (bottom left, next to characters). I hope this helps.

I love this game! It's really fun getting to fight agaisnt other people in pvp and getting to go through the story is awesome! I do wish that they added more characters though. I mean you can fight kraangdroids, but you can't play as them. You can't play as undead shreader or any of the purple dragons besides Hun or even the mutant mini shredder. I hope that they eventually add more playable characters. Besides that though, I love the game!
