Player Comments of This Romantic World:

A rating is of course purely subjective, but this one ticked all of my boxes. I am not usually a big tits lover, but the way they are drawn is great. It was a fun romp, lots of girls, lots of sex. The sex scenes could have been longer with more animation (most of them are static outside of the climax) but that is really the only gripe I have with it. Loved this game. Chloe and Parker are best girls.

Pretty good game, had fun playing this one. Not every game has to be a masterpiece, and this one did it's job pretty well. I think the only thing I missed was more dept with some characters, and more animated scenes, or at least with more different takes on it, instead of just one image and only the climax being animated in almost all scenes. The art is really good, but most scenes are short. But it was pretty enjoyable. The story was fun, (although really lacking dept for some characters), the characters were funny, and I personally liked the end. Would give something like 3.5 stars if I could, but since 3 seems a bit too little for this game, I'll stick it to 4 without worry, because the game is good. Great job dev.

This Romantic World was a good game. The story had a good premise and was well-written. The art was good. The LIs were likeable (especially Parker). The romances/the seduction felt rushed and it felt like if MC fetched something/performed a task then the MC would have sex with the LI which did not appeal to me. I do think that the development time was too long for the game. The ending proved to be a little unsatisfactory, but I suppose that were to be the case and I should now try to read their comics rather than treat it as a regular AVN.

A great game with fantastic writing, characters and scenes. If you're a fan of Reinbach you'll know these characters well, but to see them fleshed out in a full game, and to have it be this good, is great. Yes it took a while to get to this completed state, but the quality has never dropped the whole way through. More scenes before the ending would've been nice, but if this means Reinbach has more time to perhaps start on another game making journey, then personally I don't mind.

Final Verdict:

I had a good time with This Romantic World and I have to say that I feel like playing through it from start to end made me want to dive into the series of comic books that this is based on. I think that there is a lot of potential here and while I say that the story is rather shallow, to be fair, if I was familiar with the characters and situations, perhaps I would not have felt this way. I highly recommend you check this one out, now if you please excuse me, I have a bunch of XXX webcomics that I need to read!
