A Dryad's Dream is a dating simulation game where players take on the role of an MC who, after returning to their hometown, forms a contract with the mysterious tree spirit Sprite, gaining new powers and a mission. Players will use their abilities to protect the townspeople and win over numerous beautiful ladies with diverse personalities. Players will encounter various interesting story events and choices, making decisions that advance the plot and shape relationships with different ladies, allowing for deeper interactions and unlocking exciting animated scenes. The game is continuously being updated, releasing more story chapters and animations to keep players engaged and excited.

Story of A Dryad's Dream:

The MC has just moved back to his hometown after a few years away and finds himself bound to a Dryad named Sprite, a mystical creature of the forest. Through this pact, he will gain new powers and set out to uncover the mysterious danger looming over the town and its inhabitants. Guided by Sprite, he’ll need to master his newfound abilities and get to know all the cute girls around town.

A dating sim with RPG elements, A Dryad’s Dream focuses on story and character relationships. As an avid player of adult games myself, I wanted to tell a good story with strong art and sprinkle in all the cool mechanics I’ve picked up along the way.

The game features engaging storytelling, hand drawn characters and animations, a corruption system tied to the MC’s powers, and a name/relationship customization system. At its core, ADD is all about relationships. Each character incarnates a principle (i.e. “caring for others”, “wanting to be seen”, “escaping one’s condition”, etc.) and the player will be given a choice, to either help them along their path, overcoming their fear and insecurities, or taking advantage of his powers to corrupt them.

Symbiotic Bond System: Forge a unique connection with Sprite, the dryad, whose life force intertwines with yours. Your decisions directly influence her powers and the forest’s hostility, creating adaptive challenges.

Dynamic Environment: The forest evolves in real-time—clearing a path might awaken hidden ruins, while battling foes could trigger storms or summon protective spirits. Every action reshapes the world.

Skill Progression: Master elemental abilities like root-based attacks, leaf shields, and spirit-summoning. Combine powers creatively to defeat enemies or bypass environmental obstacles.

Mystery-Driven Plot: Unearth why townsfolk are vanishing and why ancient tree-like structures are appearing. Follow cryptic clues, interview locals, and decipher druidic runes to piece together the town’s cursed history.

Living World: Interact with eccentric villagers—each has hidden ties to the corruption. A reclusive baker might hide a druidic heirloom, while a fiery teen could be secretly battling forest spirits.

Moral Choices: Rescue a cursed villager to weaken the corruption but risk Sprite’s energy depletion, or abandon them to preserve your power. Every choice ripples through the town’s fate.

New week, new update on V0.2. Let’s talk a bit about what’s coming next.

While the big meaty part of V0.2 will focus on giving Alex a proper early route, it will also expand the main storyline and introduce our first antagonists: the Quiet Church crew.

To those who want to go fully blind into the next update, I suggest averting your innocent gaze from the following paragraph. No major spoilers ahead — just a brief introduction to who they are and what they’re doing in Hemmet Grove.

So, the Quiet Church is a religious organization that recently settled in the Grove. They are soft-spoken, well-mannered, Mormon-looking weirdos who preach emotional and physical restraint to anyone they meet.

Two of these characters are Bethany, a charismatic and beautiful preacher, and Damian, her simpy bodyguard who follows her every move.

While this update won’t expand too much on their storyline yet, it will feature a few events around town where we’ll learn more about them and their purpose. I might still make some edits to their designs, but here’s the first version.

I’ll also be starting a Patreon poll very soon for this update’s extra scene, meaning Patreon supporters will get to decide which character receives some progression alongside the big Alex/Iris content.

The art is unique but basic. It lacks details. I wouldn't say the art is bad, just not as appealing as the front page images suggest. Images simply lack depth.The game play is real though. You have to pay attention during conversations and think about choices to advance the game play. There are a few quick click mini games too.The story premise isn't really original or inspiring, but it has elements that could be considered "fun" if you are looking for an actual game instead of a fap session. As of this review, the world feels pretty empty. Exploring is a waste of time. You know exactly where to go and what needs to be done; making the game feel a bit repetitive. There's no discovery or dopamine hits besides seeing each LI naked for the first time.I think the dev made this game with steam in mind because it matches a lot of games there.If the dev reads this, I suggest adding a lot more to do during each time period of the day. Make the house feel expansive instead of a corridor of narrow possibilities. Add more depth and detail to the characters, make them feel closer to real characters instead of a quick sketch. I'll revise this review to 5 stars if those things change.

I've read your introduction to the project and I'll be rooting for you. I hope that the most important thing for you will be a coherent and engaging story, and that the other elements: including the erotic elements: will merely be means to tell it. If I find the time, I'll play this game, but only to review its technical and mechanical aspects: it's pointless to judge the plot threads so early in development. As for future hot content: it would be nice to see some funny situations that the MC's abilities unexpectedly lead to ;) As for the sex itself, apart from the tags you've already introduced: I'd also add the occasional X-RAY, sex during pregnancy: not necessarily caused by the MC (in adult games I've always missed pregnant female characters who simply want the MC's company, regardless of whether he's the "father"), some mystical themes (you know: since the MC has "powers", it wouldn't be hard to come up with something like that), maybe public sex or at least erotic situations ;) and public nudity in general: maybe on a nudist beach ?
